Chris and his team were extremely professional, organised, efficient and had great communication throughout. Chris really cares about his customers and was very patient in explaining the works. We had a CCTV drainage survey which identified the issues and then further work was carried to fix the problems. The in-depth survey was outstanding and all works carried out diligently and without any issues. All reports extremely professional and impressive. I would not consider using anyone else in the future as they are extremely experienced. I was very impressed and want to thanks Chris again for outstanding work. We had slippage issues with the house so needed to get the right people in and Chris and his team sorted out the fault drains. Very highly recommended.

Two representatives came to quote a job. They were punctual, pleasant and polite. They explained the situation fully in layman's terms so that I could understand all the details.

Chris was very professional. He explained everything so that I was sure I understood. His work was clean and he checked everything thoroughly. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend the company.

Was able to attend due to a blocked drain and toilet very quick. The block had actually resolved itself when they came so they offered a different service of using CCTV to check the drains and any potential issues. Was slightly more expensive but not pressured into doing it. I agreed to it and the report I was provided was detailed and with pictures and explanations of issues. The price quoted was reasonable. One thing I will say is the service and advice provided was really good and they were so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Chris was absolutely brilliant, very professional, know exactly what he had to do, arrived on time, got on with the very smelly job of unblocking our drain, big job, took him about an hour and half, all done, unblocked, cleaned done and ready to rock and roll, BRILLIANT JOB, I would recommend Chris and his company to anyone, fixed fee no hidden extras.

I cannot recommend this business enough! We had multiple issues around the property from poorly constructed drains, cracks, damaged access covers etc.

We started off with a full cctv check of the drainage systems to see what was going on, and to check for any potential issues. We were provided with a really in depth report on the various conditions they had found during the surveyance, along with photos and a detailed explanation of the repair work that needed to be conducted.

We had 3 days of consecutive work done, and on each day they were a pleasure to have. Each day they worked really hard, and kept us in the loop of everything that they had done at the end of the day. The property was always left tidy, and by the time the job was finished - it looked miles tidier than it had done before. All the concrete work was clean and evenly laid.

At the end of the job we got another finely detailed report of the work carried out. There were no hidden charges or fees in the invoice either. If we ever need any drain work doing, this will be the first place we call!

Great service, had a blocked drain due to recent builders washing cement and plaster down outside drain. Chris quick to quote and book us in came when they said. They got straight on with the work, cleared all blockages out, cleaned up after, nice lads polite and clean, sent full report with pictures. Would use again and defiantly recommend.

Chris came round to investigate issues I was having with my drains from the sink and bath. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and found the cause of the problem quickly which others hadn't been able to do. A quote was sent out very quickly and a date organised easily. It was a big job which involved digging up concrete, but it was done very professionally (in dodgy weather) and all tidied up as if nothing was wrong. Very impressed and highly recommended

I am very impressed by this team, Chris and his colleague were very helpful, came to my house within a few hours after my request to them (as arranged and with an agreed reasonable quote) and were very thorough in investigating what I thought was a blocked down pipe from my porch roof. They found that it wasn't blocked at all, instead there is a fault with the roof dipping (wear and tear). I was not charged anything. They are trustworthy, efficient, thorough and personable. I recommend them and will contact this company if I need any drains unblocking in the future.

Great service would highly recommend. We were having problems on and off with a blocked toilet. Contacted the company who came out promptly and carried out a CCTV report giving us a detailed overview of the drains pin pointing where the problem lay. The two men who came were very courteous. They carried out the necessary work, digging up flags, uncovering a man hole and replacing pipes. Would highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking to have work done. It is not very often you find reliable workmen who do a good job, turn up when they say and keep you updated with what they are doing, plus they left the job clean and tidy you couldn't tell they had been.

Workers on site within 6hours of booking conformation. Price set out at booking no add ons and lower than other quotes. The two workers were very knowledgeable and polite and after unblocking my drains even informed me that if it happens again the issue is a water board problem as I have a shared drain . Would recommend this company to anyone and would certainly use them again myself
