Really happy with the excellent service, called on Sunday night due to blocked toilet, came out within the hour and dealt with the issue. The engineer was totally professional, left no mess. They have a set price which is reasonable and cleaned up after himself. Honestly, can't fault him, definitely recommend!

Excellent. I've actually been delaying getting someone in to fix my blocked sink because of bad experiences with tradespeople. Chris was extremely professional and worked hard to resolve the issue. Hopefully I won't need to but I wouldn't think twice about using super drainage solutions again.

I contacted Super Drainage for a quote online. The system was really useful and easy to use and, once quote received you’re able to decline or accept. I requested a certain time slot and this is what I got. Very prompt, friendly and informative.I would certainly recommend this company and will use them again should I need.

Engineer was very detailed in his work and explaining the problem. Looked in detail to find the actual problem rather then superficial fix.really impressive turnaround, and staff is very helpful.

I left a message on their answer phone and within an hour Chris had got back to me. Within 4 hours he was assessing and locating the drainage issue. He found a small manhole cover which no other company had even bothered looking for and located a drain I didn't know I had. He worked in the cold, snow and dark to get a flow going with recommendations on further work that was required. Definitely recommended.

All the people who came to the house, firstly to survey the job and then to carry out the work, were extremely helpful, informative and professional.
We had other companies to quote for the job but didn't feel the confidence that we felt with this company. They didn't try to enlarge the job which they came to assess.
The email and administration side of the job was efficient but we weren't bombarded with unnecessary emails.

Got a call (which I missed) and a follow up text with an accurate ETA. Very friendly guy. Came to unblock an outside drain, explained what the problem was. Worked quickly and left no mess. Also gave us a new grate for free as he had one spare in the van. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
