A company I could not recommend highly enough. I am usually very sceptical of traders coming in, but a blocked waste pipe/drain was not for me. From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Rang up about the online quote I received, an evening time arranged without issue, he explained the process of payment to me and answered every question that was fired his way. He made contact with an ETA which was at the time we arranged. He did everything he could, clearing the pipes, reconnecting the lose ones for me, cleared the drains, kept everywhere tidy, explained the process and gave recommendation. No hidden costs and such professionalism.

The team dug in drainage for a new downstairs toilet, identified another smaller issue and kept the cost to an absolute minimum. Rang before they set off to give an ETA, kept me updated throughout the day and got me outside to see the issue they'd found first hand to discuss the options and costs. Didn't have any issues dealing with a woman on her own and gave practical advice. They have a really slick quote and invoice process, which means I now have full notes, drawings and photos that they've taken throughout the day as well as an online receipt and guarantee for 12 months on the work. At the end of the day they have taken away every single bit of waste and hosed the whole area down before talking me through what they've done again to make sure I'm happy. Wore shoe covers when in the house and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend them!

We asked Chris firstly to quote to repair our collapsed drain. He prepared a comprehensive report and quoted for the job. Chris patiently explained everything to us. We went ahead with the job, but further work was required due to our drainage system being very old. Again Chris gave us a full report. These reports were so helpful and enabled us to discuss with family members who don't live locally. We instructed Chris to carry out the further work. He showed sympathy for the situation we were in and gave us a very quick turn around. The work is now complete and we are more than satisfied with the work.
