Ordered multiple times at summit racing equipment. I live in the Netherlands (Europe) and they ship very fast. As long as the parts are in stock, they will be there in a week. I usually do my research on the internet about which parts i want. Sometimes i ask product specific questions to Summit, and they answer correctly and friendly! To me they are a trust worthy, well know (performance) parts supplier. Would definately recommend to everybody. Even sheet metal is no problem, comes without dents.

It's difficult to understand. Summit sold me a filter they swore was for my car and the right fit. It took me days to learn they were wrong. Summit did not compensate me for lost time, so I stopped using them.
Now, a year later, some of the last things I bought from them are starting to brake with less than 1000 miles on them. Summit just refused to return a set of NGK Spark Plug Wires with a lifetime warranty. They literally said lifetime warranties aren't something they cover.
I switched to Walmart to avoid terrible customer service and DEI. They return things, even if I don't want to. What company do you think I'll use from now on? DEI Free Walmart, or Pro-China Summit? Gee, let me think.
Update 9/27/2025
Summit relented, and sent me new cables. NGK wasn't going to. Both are good companies, but need to be held to account. Their customer service needs an upgrade, but they won't hire me to fire the bad employees.

My son is fixing up his truck. Summit has recommended parts that seem to never fit. We have been stuck with many of them and have to sell on our own, while returns have been horrible. They have the part and our money now. For some reason we need to wait until the headquarters Canada gets it sent to the U.S.A. So we are at a month and told to check back in 2 weeks. You would think that once it got to the Canadian warehouse it is in their hands now and our return should be processed. I do not recommend this company as most often parts do not fit and returns are non existent.
Summit has gone down hill
I used to buy from Summit Racing all the time but they have switched to Ontrac for shipping. Nothing but problems getting orders now. I used to always get orders next day, now, I'm lucky if the order even shows up. If it does show up, its usually several days late. I will not be shopping at Summit until they stop using Ontrac.
Misleading Fitment Info Cost Me Money
I used Summit Racing’s fitment tool to order rear bearings and seals for my 2013 F-150 Raptor. Their site showed the parts as a match based on year, make, model, drivetrain, and engine. Turns out they were incorrect—my mechanic flagged it, and I had to replace them locally at higher cost.
When I contacted Summit, they admitted that their website doesn’t filter submodels like the Raptor unless you specifically go to a buried “Applications” tab—something no normal customer would know to do. So if you’re buying based on Summit’s standard vehicle filters, you can still be served incompatible parts.
They refunded the original parts but offered nothing for the added cost. This is a major flaw in their system, and they take zero accountability. I won’t be ordering from Summit again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to gamble on whether the part they receive is actually correct.

I bought a Holly Sniper EFI sysytem…
I bought a Holly Sniper EFI sysytem from Summit Racing and have experienced nothing but problems with the fuel pump. The install meets all of the requirments from Holly but the pump keeps failing. I will be needing a third pump in 2 years with less than 500 total milres driven. Summit Racing refusing to honor any warranties with the most recent pump. Terrible customer service and support. Recommend finding parts somewhere else.
Disappointed
Here's my look at Summit, I purchased a starter it had a good price on May 20th. The page says it will ship from manufacter. I get a email stating the item hasn't shipped yet but they will let me know. After I get it I decided to ship it back. It gets there on 6/30. Now its July 8th, and I reach out about my refund status they check and say it wasn't scanned but they will process my refund. Issue is the item sat for days because someone didn't do they're job and I'm waiting for my money. Not a good look

They sell you parts that take three months to get, which is absolute crap. Then they sell you the incorrect parts because they don't know what they're doing. It's impossible to get your money back from them. Do not buy from summit racing. They have no idea what they're doing. You will get the wrong parts every single time.

I check a part on-line and was not sure it was correct. I call Summit Tech support and they told this part would fit, NO PROBLEM. It did not fit. Now returning it. I used Summit's Beat-a-Price and was denied because Summit was too lazy to call an check.

Online BUYERS BEWARE!! Horrible customer service, even after sending me the incorrect product twice in 3 days. Website says it’s one thing when it’s clearly not. Level 2 customer support” was absolutely condescending and could care less about their OBVIOUS screw-ups or the customer’s wasted time and effort dealing with their product return. What good is emailing a shipping label when nobody comes to pick it up!?!? “We probably don’t have that product available” was what I was eventually told, even though I had TWO agents confirm I’d be getting what they claimed was available (& listed on the website). Valvoline Premium Blue 8600 ES or Premium Blue Gen2- both BLENDED oils but was sent the same (incorrect) conventional oil TWO TIMES. Check out sites like Sitejabber or TrustPilot if you’re looking for an ACTUAL review rating for Summit, averaging TWO STARS with hundred of reviews.
Customer service is absolutely awful…
Customer service is absolutely awful and condescending. They will charge your card if you put an item in your cart on the website even when you don't complete the purchase. They deny they do this but I have banking records to prove otherwise. Once I removed the item from my cart my bank was able to reverse the charge.

They were very good about getting the parts we needed and was reasonable prices We had to get a gasket set and they sent first one it was not the right one because there is two styles for the engine and they sent the second one super fast on them so im happy with them
Purchased some headers for my 67…
Purchased some headers for my 67 fastback mustang with a 351cleveland 4v engine. The invoice clearly states for a 67 -70 mustang 351cleveland and the packaging has a label with 67 -70 mus 351c 4v however they do not fit and summit racing are saying that I must of ordered the wrong ones. Sent them proof of invoice etc but insist that it must be my fault. Like hitting your head against a brick wall trying to contact someone who is reasonable. Will never buy from them again.
Update. I have just been contacted by Summit who have accepted that they do not fit and are issuing a refund. Very pleased with the outcome and their resolution.

I ordered a set of headers. But never recived a confirmation in my e-mail after i payd for the order. I contacted the customer support centre (Merit) and she help me very well. Within 1 week a recived my headers in Holland. Very good service.
