Creative finance is just the beginning, this real estate, this is business, this is connections, this is community! I have learned so much in this mentorship, I am still learning everyday and growing a lot, you won't find the information you find here anywhere else and most of all you won't find the type of people you find here anywhere else, everyone, including myself, has that go giving mentality, where its not about us but making sure whoever we work with is happy and has great results in anything we do! SubTo is more than just Creative Finance program... Pace Morby is an extroadinary individual.. He brings out the best in everyone.. He gives soo much.. He has changed so many Lives. Brings so much Value to people. This community he has created is more than just a community, its a Family. SubTo is not just a Tool.. Its a Locker Room filled with every tool you will ever Need and He teaches you how to use them..

Subto isn't only about learning about creative finance. It's the people you connect with, the knowledge of opening a business, raising private money, wholesaling real estate, creative finance, corporate structure and still so much more. You get way more than what you pay for, and it's the only mentorship that's for life, you don't get kicked out after 6 months.

This is a Community. Not a mentorship. But a group of people that are "go givers". Especially Pace. There is so much content, which is great. So I can decide what works for me. Not everyone is going to want to do the same thing. This is NOT youtube info. That's just the free info. It's way beyond that. I am learning and growing. So much value. So worth it.

Pace, his mentorship, and the Sub2 community are truly incredible! It's not just a group of people, but a wonderful community where everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow. Pace Morby’s Subto community he has built is the only lifelong mentorship I know of. Not only does Pace over deliver in his content that he delivers, he also is constantly working on new and innovative things to bring to our community. The SubTo community is dominating the real estate space and will continue to do so. This community/mentorship has changed the direction of my career path and many more people just like me. I can’t recommend Pace’s mentorship highly enough!!! No place like it.

100% a scam. I signed up about 4 days ago. 100% of the content is already on Youtube very basic content on the "course". Then they give you contract that my 2YO could have written... Now even better, on their private Facebook group 99% of people HAVE DONE NO DEAL! They tell you it's super easy but no one is making it. Better yet they tell you to call list off of Propstream that have 80 results... Most of them are not updated... But they explain they make 4 to 6 deals a week from a list of 80 houses. LMAO.

Best part is I called them out on this BS. They (of course) refused to refund me but blocked me from the private SubTo groupe because I guess they are afraid that I spread the good word that they scammed us. Oh well. Don't be stupid.

Lastly as part of a "new" program Pace ask his groupie to leave review everywhere... That's why it's 5star all around. New program about buying businesses 0down... All the zombie are pumped. They couldnt find an house with no money so now they will find a business. What a scam

The amount of support I received on Pace Morby program is amazing.

We have been in the Subto community for little over 2 months and recently joined the Top Tier TC, Top Tier Underwriting, and are now working our way into 0Down.
The biggest value has been without question come from the community and the ability for everyone to work together. We have only got through bits and pieces of the actual course work, but having been able to use the community, our team has already been able to do several deals (nationwide) and learn in overdrive with more experience investors who are actively doing business.
We are new to real estate but we are able to see access to deals, business, and lending everyday that makes it as easy as simply texting and zooming with other members. We have already made friends and visited them across multiple state lines!

The biggest piece of advice for new users would be find a place to focus and stay the course so you don’t get distracted.
Similarly the biggest complaints for the community is that there is so many things going on and so much opportunity that it can be overwhelming. Just pick 1-2 paths and give them several months each before jumping around as it will greatly help your success!

Subto is an amazing community with all kinds of Real Estate professionals. Information and networking are the two strongest aspects of this community. I feel wonderful knowing that I will be part of this community for DECADES to come!

So I have to admit. When I first started subto almost a year ago now. I thought it was going to be like all other courses. They want your money and leave you high and dry to just the material that you paid for. But this is not just a course. This is a family. Any questions and I mean any, as silly as you may think it is. It will get answered by someone, but not will it only get answered, it will be followed up with someone that is willing to help. If you decide to join be ready to be overloaded with not only knowledge, but love, and the crazy amount of go giving from Pace himself. I honestly would have paid more for this program. Pace has topped anyone that I know as far as being a go giver. Not just knowledge and money. But most importantly his time. I honestly don’t know how he does it. He is always on zooms, going to meet ups(all over the country), doing his own deals, helping us do deals and still somehow manages to spend time with his family. This man is unbelievable. He teaches more than just subject to, seller financing. he's teaching us now how to purchase other businesses, cars and more. HE reimbursed 500 students for launch-pad, for anyone who doesn't know that's a 1000$ course. Think about that for a second................. Pace spent $500,000 of his money because he believes in us and wants us to do more and be a go giver like him. wouldn't change my decision for making this purchase. I could go on and on about Pace Morby and the community he has built and the multiple courses you receive for the price of one. you should see for yourself

I joined the mentorship this past January and I’m so happy I did! After watching many free tutorials from different mentors I decided to go with subto not knowing exactly what to expect and oh my goodness so much value is provided in this program! I figured, if this mentor is willing to provide so much value for free I can’t imagine all the value he provides with the program! And to my opinion I was right!

In addition to the videos, where the ins and outs are taught, one has the opportunity to join several live zooms depending on the topic that best fits your focus. The information, the knowledge and the support from their staff and from the community members is there and it all comes down to how much effort one puts in order to learn and make some money with all this knowledge.

There are several business strategies that one can choose from and best of all is that this mentorship is for a lifetime and for the most part you don’t have to pay extra every time you want to learn a new topic. This by far has been one of the best investments I’ve done in my life!
