This community has changed my life as a provider, father and husband.
In the 2.5 yes I’ve been in. I’ve closed over a million dollars worth of real estate and also own over 21 SFH all thanks to the community.
I learned how to close, underwrite and build systems and teams with this community.

SubTo is not simply a "mentorship," and I've been involved with other ones before. SubTo is a community working and helping each other succeed.

Pace continuously brings new things to the SubTo Community and teaches us new ways to utilize what we learned. He is getting ready to teach/show us something new. I've never had anyone actually show us what he is working on or even what he worked on as an example to teach/show us.

He encourages us to network and work with each other. This community is full of the nicest people from my experience. I also have a 'member success advisor' to guide me and for me to talk to if I have road blocks. I've got so much clarity on where my focus will be, after Michael (MSA) explained to me what a DTA does.

Since I've joined, I've seen so many resources available to me, and I've connected with many people/students. I'm looking forward to doing deals with them. I want to see what value I can bring to the community with what I learned and with me taking action.
