I've been a member in the SubTo Mentorship since it first started over 4 years ago! I am also a volunteer Leader of the Southern California Regional Accountability Group for the Mentorship.

With 23+ years of real estate investing experience, I've encountered my fair share of "gurus" and "mentors," some of them good, some of them not so much and most of them somewhere in between.

Pace is different from every single one of them in that he embodies a unique and rare combination of humbleness, down-to-earth approachability, honesty, optimism, unlimited energy, helpfulness, a true “go-giver,” and without a doubt the most creative and intelligent visionary, investor and leader I’ve encountered in my 23+ years – and I am not paid nor compensated in any way for saying this!

Well I'm 2 weeks in and have had more opportunities and teaching than any other real estate course or mentorship i had been apart of. The community is truly a family. In all reality it appears to be a 10k course, with 8k worth of contracts, 100K+ worth of mentorship/coaching opportunities in various subjects, and a priceless overhelpful community. Here's my only caviot, If you're going to join show up and do the work. This isn't a business you're buying, It's a business in a box and you have to use the parts/pieces given to build what's best for you and your family. DO IT! It's worth it. Best community ever! Pace really tells you the truth and has a great community unlike others! People are so involved and everyone gives back to each other and really focuses on being go givers! It’s about leading with value and finding the right people to do deals with! This community goes above and beyond to teach you how to buy deals with zero money and credit!

Hello, I never received an onboarding directive with anyone and I therefore feel lost in this program. Also it would be nice to be directed to a team I can join as Pace is always recommending joining a team.

Subto is more than just a mentorship. It is a community full of go givers and it truly feels like a family. Before joining subto I was lost. I knew I wanted to break into real estate but didn't know exactly how to get started. Since I joined subto I have started closing deals and I have met new partners and made really solid friendships that I know will last a lifetime!! I finally know that this is where I belong and what a beautiful feeling it is.

Im just starting out and I see the tremendous value pace is offering in SUBTO. There are people to help you on every step and you never feel like you've gotta figure it out on your own. One obviously has to put in the work. If they do, then that paired with the resources in the subto program makes for a deadly combination. I'm looking forward to continue to grow and eventually help others grow as well.

The Subto community is more than a mentorship program. It is a family. I have joined our mentorship programs, but nothing like this one. The leaders, including Pace, are supportive and always willing to help you become successful. This community helps you with mindset, creative financing not just in real estate, connecting, finding what you are good, and most importantly building relationships. Being part of the Subto community has significantly changed my life. Pace Morby pours into this community. He spends so much of his own personal time in this group and has created many leaders within the group as well. I have been part of other different types of mentorships in the past, and none compare to the level of engagement directly from the creator (Pace) and many other knowledgeable leaders who were once first-day students that have learned the business and now also pour into the community.

I have made so many great friends who are all willing to help raise each other up and fill in knowledge gaps for so we can all rise up together.

This is the best community in the world and absolutely worth the investment if you do one thing, take action.

Sub 2 is hands down the best money you'll ever spend. The amount of value and content alone make sub 2 the best possible course. Its FAR more than that though. The community within Sub 2 is unmatched. Ive consistently made connections which has gotten me deals and ive learned a lot from the Sub 2 OGs which is far more than I ever expected to gain from the community.

Now lets talk about the goat himself... Pace. Pace is an absolute giver, he is always bringing value to his community and it NEVER stops. Literally never. He always has new ideas to share with his community to help them level up and grow. Hes not obligated to do this, he already gives so much value but the fact that he just continues to give back to his community on a regular basis is what makes Sub2 the only "course" you'll ever need to join.

This man is an absolute genius! Im so grateful to him and his community for what they have helped me to achieve! The only regret I have joining this community is I didnt do it sooner.

The SubTo community has changed my life in many more ways than just teaching me about buying real estate. It has taught me that mindset is the first step that must be taken BEFORE anything else. Pace Morby & this community teaches us to be go givers & to bring value to everyone we meet. You can't just sit there & absorb information & expect to get deals done. You must interact with this amazing community & get out of your comfort zone. I have learned about how to manage finances, buy a business & build it so it will grow & scale, how to use social media as a brand to let more people know what you are doing therefore bringing more opportunities your way, how a community can come together to support & encourage each other, & there's so much MORE. I haven't even touched the surface about how much I've learned in real estate, it would take me hours to write it all down here. I've been a member of SubTo since April 2022. The amount of knowledge, life experiences, & mindset that I've learned is just unbelievable!!! My life has forever changed because of this experience & this community. And since my life has changed, I can now share this change with my kids & help teach them so that they can have a better future NOW! With SubTo you have everything you could possibly need to secure financial freedom using creative finance. It's going way beyond real estate. But the underlying principle of serving people in the community and trying to find out people's problems whether they are selling their house or growing their business, it accelerates and 10Xs your results. This community is property vetted and full of positivity and go givers. If you can learn to integrate those attributes, and then work really diligent and consistent at your avatar (many different ones) you can become a leader in the community and succeed in many ways! But the friendships and community are by far the most valuable, you just need to learn to look past the noise and focus on your part of the journey and not others becuase it's easy to get caught up in shiny object syndrome if you're not careful. But the value of this community far exceeds the price! Pace genuinely cares about his students and has raises many other leaders to become go givers as well and there's many more opportunities for people to do the same in the future!

The SubTo course materials are 1000x undervalued for content alone, but the endless bonus materials and incredible community make SubTo an absolute must for anyone looking to enhance their real estate investing, business building, personal brand, mindset, etc. It's everything you could ever want, all in one place. Best of all, the entire program is available for life so you engage at your own pace (pun intended) and grow your skillset without worrying about an end date. My only regret about this program is that I did not find it sooner. It's the real deal.

I’ve had interest in becoming a real real estate investor for years and I considered different mentorships and I am glad I went with Subto and Pace Morby.
