Not what I would call Class A
I bought a reconditioned class A super 65. It arrived in a huge box which was damaged. The fridge has a small dent on one side, the door wasn't on its pivot which was digging into the top of the door frame and one of the shelves was jammed in. The unit seems to work okay but is occasionally quite noisy with a rattle. Not what I would class as class A. It is a very nice fridge however and I would buy from them again - but perhaps not reconditioned!

Excellent beer fridge
Easy to order and delivered promptly. Well packed and no damage.
Working well. At max setting, temp is around zero, so after changing it a little, it now holds a steady 1.9°C.

Excellent customer service
Ordered two drinks fridges and one arrived badly damaged on Thursday 2 July (most likely damaged in transit rather than at source). Customer services form filling was an efficient process (evening of 2 July) with quick response time (morning of Friday 3 July) and the team were very helpful in coming to a resolution.
The damaged fridge was collected on Tuesday 7 July (my chosen date). The replacement was delivered today, Wednesday 8 July, and is now in use. Obviously, it was all a bit of a pain but I have to say the customer service has been very impressive, hence the 5 star review!

It was delivered well packed then when unpacked it was a well made product ,shame it could not be frost free but for the price ...very good ! I never heard about this product before I certainly will give its the necessary clearance it deserves in future .

Really impressed
Really impressed, I did my research as my previous Beer fridge lasted 22 years!! First impressions are very Positive. Plenty of Room after shuffling the shelves to suit. Initially had it set ( after 24 hrs at #5 ) to #4 but even that seemed high so I've got it at 3.5 and that's well cold enough. The Internal LED Lights is a nice bonus so all in all at the moment I'm very pleased.It is slightly noisy but its kept out of the way anyway so what!

What a blooming fabby little fridge!
What a blooming fabby little fridge!! 15l mini fridge. Sleek, very very quiet and keeps everything so cool. I’d have bought this years ago if I’d know how good and unassuming it was. When my guests come now (I only live in a three bed terrace) they have their very own little mini bar!! And when we don’t have guests- it’s so light and portable - we pop it in our room for cold drinks on hot nights!!!

Not particularly happy with the item
Not particularly happy with the item. It is not silent running, which it’s important to know if you’re intending to use it in a bedroom, and the plug gets worryingly hot. Apparently it confirms to all standards, but I’m not happy with having to keep this inferior product now, or be out of pocket having to send it back.

Some operating noise is normal for a fridge, particularly as it cycles to maintain temperature. The plug is a power adapter and may become warm during use, as part of its normal operation and safety design.

Very helpful customer service (CS) - the first fridge was faulty but CS immediately arranged for a replacement. DPD unfortunately let them down on the arranged pick up time but this was quickly resolved by CS and we now have the replacement which we are very happy with - thanks
