If I could I would give 0 stars. My parcel keeps moving from Shipped to ready to shipped and back to shipped with no information updated as of Monday. Now being delivered in the wrong city and wrong province. They are definally not a choice I would use again. Not sure I will ever get my parcel now
I had a package coming
I had a package coming. The driver marked it as delivered but the delivery proof photo was a photo of the package INSIDE his car. I have four cameras and No one came down my driveway or attempted any type of delivery. The very next morning I called them right at 6am and they said they would "investigate". I've heard nothing back so my conclusion is the driver has stolen my parcel with zero repercussions.
The driver's aren't held accountable. I'm pretty sure this place is just for theft. How are drivers able to get away with delivery proof being inside their vehicle? It's clear to me it's been stolen by the employee.

If I could pick zero stars, I would have. Their drivers lie about delivering my package. I can show video proof with the time and date that they say they delivered! The camera footage also shows that I was in front of the door around the time! I swept the floor to that leads to the driveway and the street. Also I don’t recognize the place in the photo! I am not certain that the package left the truck! The delivery person could have just taken a photo of the package in the truck! I have tried customer service and no one helps because the app says there is proof! There is no proof, the flooring in the photo I do not recognize and I have proof that no one left anything at my door! The website also has the wrong email address. Their telephone service said approximately 6minutes waiting time, I waited several times, wasted my work breaks, just trying to contact someone to help me find my package! I have more detailed proof that no one ever showed up! Do not use these thieves!

To answer the call m then they picked up the call no one spoke and then hung up on me .. o called again was placed again in the waiting life n then again! The parcel has been sitting in the warehouse from like 7 days and they have not updated not made any delivery yet ! I just wanted to know when r they going to deliver! UNi Uni is way better than them

I have a parcel that says they can’t deliver due to incorrect address - unsure why is the same address they have delivered many times
Tuesday - I called and got a gentlemen who reviewed and confirmed all of my information - he said he would be sending to the driver and my parcel would be delivered
Wednesday - still no parcel so I tried to call - 4 times was in the queue and the hold time was less than 2 minutes 4th in line - the music would stop as normally would when transferred to someone. I would say hello hello no one would answer then the call would disconnect. So I tried their website to see if there is an alternate contact number or some management person I could speak to - yep not there. I know from working in a queue that if you put your phone of mute the person calling in gets dead air and you can hang up after a while - problem solved. So then 1 tried to use the quick contact area on the website - while that didn’t go well and after the 4th time I got a message saying there was an error try again later - I reverted to email - I clearly outlined the situation and suggested a problem with their phone system etc
Thursday - tried calling again - same thing that happened on Wednesday happened again. I tried the quick contact form - again error message. So then I sent another email outlining the frustration with phone system and just want parcel delivered and want to be contacted by a manager……….
I was so upset - I went to Temu who opened a file and have contacted them to get the parcel delivered
Friday - still nothing. Again tried to call 2’times and the same thing was happening. Tried the quick form on the website - same error message. Comment another email begging to have my parcel delivered and for management to contact me……….
Saturday - 12 in line and hold time 4 minutes or less - 43 minutes later - well this time it said extension 33(something) is unavailable so please leave a message. Go to leave a message and not able to as the phone system said the mailbox was not able to receive any further messages and then it said system error and hung up on me yet again - sent yet another email advising of situation and asking when I can expect my parcel and contact from management
So as you can see zero or - 20 or something would be a much better rating

Unable to deliver package to the correct address clearly marked on the package. 1-800 contact was over 24 minutes to speak to somebody, and the chicken crowing in the background didn't help. They were unable to help and could only refer the problem somewhere, somebody else.

The parcel was left in a mailbox on the outside of a business that was closed at the time . I sent emails the day before because they tried to deliver to a closed business again. There was no response to my emails, Was unable to get to talk with anyone. The best way they can improve this company is to shut it down.I WILL MOST DEFINITELY MAKE SURE TO NEVER ODER FROM ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY...

The first time they tried to deliver, it was at 5 AM to a business. What delivery service does that. This last time I gave them an alternate address ( my home) and they never even tried to deliver it and are now returning the package to the shipper. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Deux fois en une semaine il ne m’ont pas livrer mes colis!
La première fois le colis a inscrit livrer je suis descendu directement voir à la porte de mon immeuble s’il était là non rien, j’ai fait le tour des portes voisines et toujours rien!
Le deuxième colis quelque jours plutard je reçois une notification qu’il ne peuvent pas le laisser dans un endroit sécuritaire! Alors je contacte le service client pour ensuite 5 minute plus tard qu’ils inscrivent livré mais encore une fois non!
Leur service client prend une semaine à répondre pour au final dire les colis on bien été livrer à l’adresse euh non!

J'étais chez moi mais il n'a fait aucun effort pour me rejoindre, soit signaler mon numéro d'appartement pour que je lui répondre. Une personne heureusement HONNÊTE est venu me l'apporter. Mes commandes ne rentrent pas. Le colis se promène à Levis et j'habite St-Pascal. Le statut passe de en cours de livraison à article retardé depuis une semaine. 2 messages envoyés à Straightship et évidemment, aucune réponse de leur part.

If there was a zero review. I’d put that. They delivered my package to a building that is not even mine and were ignoring my calls when I tried to reach out. Plus their email is do not reply. Would not recommend. Run!!
