I placed an order on 11 nov. It is now 26th Nov and i am still waiting for it to arrive.
I have emailed the company twice to enquire but nobody replies.
Tracking info is also inconsistant. One minute it is in transit and arrived in the uk and today, it is still in China!?
Slightly dissapointed!

The colouring book arrived in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope and the book was badly creased and crooked. This was a gift which wasn't in a suitable condition. I contacted customer services and sent them pictures of the book but they were not helpful at all. I should have gone by my gut instinct and ordered off Amazon with next day delivery and for a nicer book less then half the price! ( I waited so long for this book to arrive I nearly forgot I had ordered it!) Never again 😒

Lovely customer service and a great product

I am addicted to these “color”ing books! They are so relaxing and keep my mind focused so I’m not thinking about all the things that worry me. Their customer service is also very helpful. Zoe sent me replacement pens after determining the ones I have were not working properly. I plan on buying more of everything soon!

Love your books and the calmness it brings to me after a long day.

Zoe provided a very quick response. I was not having any issues but was providing some feedback for additional coloring books. Zoe still responded and was very kind.

I love the book. I do it at work during my downtime. Its convenient because I only need one color marker! I had an issue with my shipping but I contacted customer service and it was resolved relatively quickly. DM

I cannot believe how obsessed I have become with these monochrome coloring books. When I lost my mom 3 years ago I turned to art therapy to handle the grief and stress of wrapping up her estate. I wish I had these books then. Not having to make decisions of what medium/color/paper/subject is so freeing. Then to realize I didn't have to use only a black marker. I have pages in blue, green and red. Then I filled the white spaces on black pages with more colors. I just ordered the third book. The only down side is I'm going through black markers rather quickly. Delivery was quick. I highly recommend these coloring books to everyone!

Great product received in good condition and in a timely manner. Would buy again. Will note that the pens, while good at the beginning, didn't last long however they are covering quite a bit of paper!

UPDATE: After I posted this review I finally received an email reply on Sept 5. I was sent a replacement order on Sept 11 and I finally received my order on Sept 22, 2 months after my original purchase. I'm glad to have the items and that my issue was resolved finally. The coloring book is of nice quality but most of the coloring pages inside have almost zero margin towards the center binding which causes some trouble when trying to color.

Original post: I placed an order in late July, which stated it was shipped July 22. No tracking updates since July 30. I contacted the company via email on Aug 21 and it is now Sept 4 with no response or delivery of order. I have reached out again via email since it has been 2 weeks since I originally emailed to inquire. I will be forced to place a chargeback with my bank if I continue to not hear from them or receive my order.

I was shipped 2 of the same books and did not receive the one that I was anticipating the most. Zoe shipped the missing book immediately. The incorrect book is not a big deal in the scheme of life, but it meant a lot to me at this time. Thank you Zoe!!!

This company has atrocious customer service. I neurodivergent and also physically disabled. I place my order properly but made a single-letter typo in my email. Fortunately I can still track in Shop App but I’ve literally begged for help for days now and they don’t reply.They target an emotionally vulnerable people and then create anxiety rather than relieve it. CONTACT ME!! THIS COULD BE RESOLVED IN A SECOND IF YOU WOULD BOTHER TO REPLY.

I am neurospicy and even simple decisions can be stressful but I love to color. When trying to soothe my anxiety, deciding colors can suck all the fun and peace out of it. When I saw this I was instantly obsessed. I loved the first one so much I had to get the summer edition also. Plus, their customer service is top tier!

Wow I love their mono color books so much, they are so fun and calming and absolutely lovely to do, what a lovely idea. I hope they come out with more such as fairy tales from all over the world, places around the world and cultural holidays too.

Thank you for these books! Coloring is so cathartic for me, but I hate choosing colors. This is literally the perfect stress reliever. I sincerely hope you are working on your next book. I will be first in line to order it!

I receive pack of black pen. Two if Them wasn't Working well after only two drawing. I sens an email and realy quickly I receive a response from Zoe. She gave me aimé advice since the marquer are water based. Even after Truong hier advice the pen wasn't Working. I sens hier a picture and right away she ordered me two knew set of pen for free. I never expérience such a good custumer service from an online compagnie. Realy appreciate my experience!!!! Thanks again Zoe!
