I appreciated my interaction with Zoé in regards to my order which never arrived. She was professional, understanding, and fast in making the situation right. I was impressed with her customer service!

My only "complaint" is that I contacted the company twice before it appeared that someone looked more closely at the situation (I received responses to my emails, but they felt automated). A day after I received the 2nd email, Zoé initiated contact with me and quickly handled the situation by looking into it more closely and making sure I would receive my order as soon as possible.

Overall, I appreciate how the situation was handled and highly recommend the company.

The customer service I received was amazing. My email was sent and immediately I received an email back letting me know it had been received and would be worked on as soon as possible. Within a few hours Zoe contacted me and solved my issue. I am very happy with how fast everything happened and very pleased with how Zoe helped fix my problem.

All delivered well and in short time. Only problem I have is that I have become addicted to them. Pens are fab and books are of a great quality no transfer of colour onto next pages.

Zoe from customer service was so lovely and promptly responded to my complaint of receiving a dry pen on delivery by shipping replacement pens. The communication has been amazing.

I’ve really enjoyed Still&Slow’s coloring books. It gets me off my phone and doing something calming and creative. I reached out to their customer service about a return/exchange and they were very helpful and responsive. Great customer service. I highly recommend. I just received a spiral bound book and I’m so excited to try it out with alcohol markers which are my favorite for seamless blending.

I love their coloring books! The paper is great quality, the markers are fabulous, and the black pens are PERFECT for the monochrome coloring. When I had a question and reached out to their customer service, I got a response back much quicker than I expected! They were very helpful and great to work with, I believe I was corresponding with Zoé, amazing support. Thank you.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Still and Slow and after reading some of the reviews I was not sure about their customer service. I decided to order anyway and I’m very glad I did. I did encounter a problem with my order, but I emailed the company and they took care of my problem.

As far as people using other markers, I have found Still and Slow markers to be the best. I thought I had ordered the ones with the fine tip but I hadn’t. And you really need that. I will be putting in another big order and adding the refillable markers to my order.

Very relaxing enjoy colouring

A terrible company. My order has been derailed and has been sitting somewhere for two weeks. They refuse to give me a refund and are gaslighting me. Avoid this company.

The customer service provided by Zoe was fantastic.. when I was accidentally shipped the wrong book they organised me a replacement without any hassle or fuss. They really put the customer first, what else could you ask for!!

I have purchased several books from Still & Slow. I love them! I’m a huge fan of spiral coloring books and one of mine came not spiral. I reached out to customer service and Zoe took care of me immediately. Every email I sent her, she responded very fast and efficient. Also, she sent my new spiral book to me super fast and offered me a discount. Great customer service and I will definitely keep ordering from them. Thank you Still and Slow!
