Generally, I think the Q Follow works as advertised EXCEPT that it does not work well AT ALL with my Vessel stand bag. I've contacted the company on multiple occasions and they've stated that the owner's manual mentions that the Q Follow does not work well with stand bags, but they DO NOT put this information directly on the website, so customer's know to purchase a different cart. Putting the information in the owner's manual seems very disingenuous to me and it seems clear that they're OK selling as many carts as they can regardless if they will work with the customer's current bag (and in my case, a relatively new Vessel bag). I've asked for a work around or retrofit so I can use my current bag, but they don't seem interested in providing this option. Frustrated with the lack of customer service on this issue for a $3000 cart.

I have been using my Stewart Vertex nearly everyday for 2 weeks. I was not a big walker before I received the Vertex. I have found it is much easier to walk the course with the Vertex than pushing a caddy.
The Vertex is responsive and easy to use. I would have liked to have a USB charging port and more storage available but those things are not a deal breaker. Overall very happy with my Vertex and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an issue with my Follow Q. Stewart Golf USA went above and beyond. They upgraded (at no charge) several items on my trolley while in repair. Even sent me a shipping box to send my trolley. Their service dept is one of the best experiences I can remember. No product is perfect and w/o fault, But when you have a company stand behind a product like Stewart Golf did, just can’t say enough. Fantastic service!!

My review is basically about the incredible customer service I received after I purchased a Vertex Remote trolley. Although the website indicated they shipped via FedEx my trolley was sent via UPS. This caused me to alter my delivery address which the Stewart folks handled brilliantly. My trolley arrived on time and without incident despite the address change mid-transit. Because I live in a part of the country that is currently deep into Winter (snow and low temperatures), the customer service staff agreed to start my 30-day demo at the start of our golf season (which is 1 April). The responsiveness and professionalism of the Stewart staff were top-notch. All in all a great purchasing experience.

Fast service, great communication with the engineers working on my cart, replaced 2 items ( that I did not know were an issue ) at no charge. I would say this was a perfect experience!

The Jerky steering either by remote or follow is a bit un-nerving especially on pavement. I cannot see my tires lasting more than a couple seasons. While weebles wobble and dont fall down, the same cannot be said for the Q Follow. I can attest to there being user unfamiarity at the core of my 5 dumps in 27 holes but, depression resistant buttons on the remote andthe aforementioned quirky skid stop steering was also a factor. It was plugged in for 5 days and battery was on. For some reason it did not charge and i had to dive into the app to check the battery/charger functioning on the eve of my outing which was an inconvenience which delayed my loading the car.
I do like the cart im just a bit underwhelmed. Im hoping yhat the 3rd round is the charm!

I'm currently on my second Stewart follow cart. The first was the X 10 that I used for close to four years, and now I have a
Q follow and have used that for the last year and a half. Being an avid golfer I play 2 to 3 times a week I've got to be getting close to 1000 rounds with my two Stewart carts. Having always preferred to walk on the golf course, I just have not seen anything that provides the experience that the Stewart carts offer. Being a homebuilder now for over 40 years I've come to realize that it's not just the product, but the experience your customer has is just as important. There's no such thing as a perfect product and from time to time they all need service, this is where I believe Stewart separates themselves completely from their competitors. Here's two quick examples: when I originally received the Q follow as a gift, that product was in its infancy and had a strap that was inferior. When I made the people at Stewart aware, they sent me a full new apparatus with new strap free of charge that has worked and has worked perfectly. If that wasn't enough a few weeks ago while on the phone and using my cart, I didn't pay attention to the slope I was heading down and my cart slipped over on its side (user error). Unfortunately, a piece of the base was broken and made it impossible for the cart to lock in an upright position. I sent it to Stewart telling them exactly that I was at fault and what had happened. Not only did they take care of it under warranty (my warranty expired six months prior), but they invited me to send in my battery, remote, and my backup remote for updates and to be checked out. The shipping alone from California to Texas and back had to be close to $400 and they picked up all of it! That is how company builds ambassadors for their product. There isn't a member at my country club who doesn't get to hear this same story, and if you're looking for the best, you shouldn't look any further than Stewart.
P.S. By the way, I do prefer the Q over the X. Also, with my original cart being close to four years old, once I received the new Q Follow, I sold the X Follow for 40% of what I paid

Cart itself is quite nice but the brake lever has broken after 8 months of ownership. My Cart is still under warranty and I cant even get an email back from customer service. I have emailed them 3 times, including my order number. Completely unacceptable.

I’m giving 3 stars due to the customer support. The equipment itself is great but a big part of a great company is customer support and if I can spend 2k+ on a cart the customer support should be responsive. I give the equipment 5 stars.

Buyer beware!! I purchased two of the Q Follow and only after using it 5 times I'm experencing battery issues. The 36 hole battery does not last 36 holes, in fact today it lasted 10 holes. When I requested a replacement they said they are out of stock until February, so now I have to send the unit back for repair. I actually requested to return both units and was told there is a 10% restocking fee. I live on a golf course, a few of my friends were asking about the cart, up until now I was recommending it, but I will have to go back to those people and change that recommendation.

Shopping experience was very good. The golf cart a mixed bag. More good than bad. The unit spins crazily every now and then, and always if you press the follow me button when is in go forward status. Also wish we could add a few feet to the follow distance.

I’ve played three rounds with the Q Follow and it took a few holes the remember where the buttons were on the remote. I’ve enjoyed using it but my bag has fallen down and pulled over the cart twice. The bottom lip which holds the bag is somewhat small, and with winter course bumps, the bag seems to easily become dislodged. Apart from that embarrassment with friends, it’s been enjoyable. I also wish it turned more on a smoother arc vs. the wheel control functioning more like tank tracks. Bit jerky
