Changing How The World Plays Golf

In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.

Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

We've been selling golf caddies in the USA almost as long as we've been building them. Never buy,no service or they don't owner warranty

I have got gift from my brother x10. When I was using at the follow option is not working some time it's automatically going round and round even remote is not link and the light just blink and blink I called for warranty since this is gift I got so I don’t have receipt without receipt they said we can't owner warranty even I gave model and serial number they said we can't find receipt or any record so I will tell all buyers not to give gift to anyone and I suggest never buy the repairing service no one call you and pick up phone when we call they said email we email no respond

Great Cart! Truly

Ok, after on boxing my remote was not paired with trolley but only took a couple minutes to fix (Not included with owner's manual for some reason). So I was at first a little discouraged. After practicing with it for about 10 minutes, I went to play my first round with it. Wow, is all I want to say. This trolley is a game changer. Once I was able to get used to the operation, I started to notice things I never noticed while driving a cart. Felt like my junior gold days with out having to carry my bag. It was like I had my own caddy walking down the fairway with me. And not that I care too much, but it is a real head turner. Everyone that saw me wanted to know how much and where to get their own, lol. Truly happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend getting the Vertx Trolley, I am sure you will not regret it.

R series a major issue

After getting the R series as a gift. I contacted the company via email about the major issue cart is not stable on uncentered grounds. The end result was from what you call customer service that my bag needs to be balance for the cart to work. Now they don't sell the cart at all. What a joke and you call yourself a company. I should of just asked for a rock to place it on display in the back yard. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS.... Could not speak to a person, 1 email a day responses, No sorry to hear that let me help Nothing....

Warranty- attentive and responsive

Great communication and responsive. Had a piece of the upper arm of my Q-Follow break, resulting of me not being able to properly use the trolley. Emailed customer service and had the piece replaced within a week free of charge. Warranty and customer service is awesome!

Q Follow Review

I have had my Q Follow nearly 3 months now and though it about time I provided a review:

I had been tempted to purchase an electric cart for some time as I don’t like riding in the golf buggy’s and am getting past carrying or pushing/pulling clubs around the course. Having seen the Stewart Follow carts on Facebook I was hesitant in making a decision. I was not sure if I could get one in the USA and if I could, assumed shipping costs from the UK would be prohibitive. Having parked the idea for a couple of years I finally made the decision to allow my wife to get me a Q Follow when I found out Stewart Golf had set up in the US with a facility less than a mile from my house (Thanksgiving discounts also helped!).

I am so, so happy I waited. I had forgotten how great it is to walk around the golf course. The best part is not having to push, pull or drive a cart around, just press the follow button, clip the remote into your back pocket and almost forget about it. It will be 5ft behind you when you get to your ball. Just about everyone at my club has asked me about it, often driving over from adjacent fairways to ask what it is. I also like being able to walk up to one side of a green to chip on, take my putter and using the remote, send the Q Follow around to the other side of the green where I need to be to get to the next tee box. The Q Follow is extremely stable, even on quite steep inclines. I have not had it fall over once. The rear stabilizer wheels are a must to preventing it tipping over backwards when it moves forward, the acceleration from stop can be quite severe. The controls did take a few rounds to get used to and as recommended in the manual it is better to practice with it for a while prior to heading onto the course. I would also recommend keeping the little quick start guide in the scorecard holder for the first few rounds. Whilst not complicated, if you forget where the buttons are you could struggle collapsing it after a round (like I did).

On the course I use all three main functions with the remote, clipped to the handle and using in a conventional electric cart manner, holding the remote and controlling the cart direction and speed through the remote and using the follow function. All three functions have their place on a golf course so are necessary. There is a fourth way of using the cart which I would not recommend. By depressing a button on the wheels, they can be pulled out to disengage the drive. This is to allow you to push the cart should the battery die on you. I have tried this, and the cart is not easy to push due to its weight and partly the relatively small wheels. I have the 36 hole battery which easily lasts 2 rounds in a day, which I have done twice, so I have no concerns about the battery dying on me at the moment. In this regard the battery power app is useful as I can see how much power is left after one round enabling me to decide on a second round.

All in all I am extremely happy with my Q Follow. It is well designed and whilst heavy, it folds down quite small and easily fits in my car. It looks and feels well made with modern materials and I expect many years of use. To be able to walk down the fairway having your clubs follow behind allows you time to think about your next shot or chat with your partner increase the enjoyment of playing golf.

Good Walk Spoiled NOT!

I've kept an eye on Stewart Golf for over 8 years. I play about 60 rounds a year, walk/carry/push. But now I'm slowing down in my 60s and there is no turning back. I'm a retired technologist having worked in various manufacturing industries. So believe me when I tell you Stewart Golf has done something extremely difficult to do and they've done it consistently. Develop and Manufacture an extremely high quality product that far exceeds the customers expectation.

I feel born again to the game of golf because of this device. I can play the game again like I could as a young lad when I was going to live forever. I'm getting healthier while doing it. The product is not perfect, but it is close. There is a fine balance between feature enhancement and cost, I get it.

The Q Follow, is the best powered trolley, period. And I expect Stewart to continue to develop and manufacture trolley's for a long time. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. Life is good, play well.

Saw your ads on Facebook

Saw your ads on Facebook, did some research, visited your website and others that reviewed. Took several days considering alternatives then placed an order. Not more than 10 minutes later I got an offer to save 10 percent on my first order. I was very annoyed to get this offer only after I had made my first purchase. It might not be a huge deal to many, but to a retired lover of golf it was a loss of a meaningful amount of money. Sadly, it has tainted my experience even before I receive my purchase.

Please start shipping to Hawaii

I love my caddy, however they don’t ship to Hawaii. I understand not shipping the batteries, but non-batteries I’m willing to pay more, but the company refuses to mail to Hawaii probably because it’s a smaller market, It’s a hassle to coordinate another shipping after it goes to a family member on the mainland. That’s why we don’t see the brand in Hawaii to often. Not sure I would purchase again or have it repaired when it breaks. It should last long as it’s well built. It’s paid for itself after 136 rounds for the year I’ve had it.

Also be careful not to overcharge or leave the remote plugged in overnight, as the battery swells and remote doesn’t work (as charger is not “smart”). Ask me how I know…

Cart performs as advertised

Cart performs as advertised, I spent a lot of time researching electric carts before this purchase and Stewart Golf has exceeded my expectations. take aa round or two to get used to it, but it is well worth the money. I have recommended this to several club members (one has already purchased) and several are looking at them.
