In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.

The two wheels I ordered were shipped via UPS and required a signature for delivery. Stewart says it’s a UPS issue and UPS says “it’s what the shipper requested”.
When UPS decided the day to deliver I was not home all day. I could only change the delivery by paying them more. So the package arrived again the next day and by luck I ran into the delivery at my door. I had signed the tag they left on first attempt but they said it wasn’t good enough because it didn’t have proof that I was over 21. I’m 66.
I did receive the wheels only to find out they are for the wrong model caddy. Website showed them as for X-models but apparently not X7’’s.

The Q Follow works great, is super easy to fold and unfold, and has made it possible for me to walk the course again. It's awesome!!

I have been contacting Customer Care Advisors for an advise on Premier Service and also the possibility go trading-in my QFollow trolley which I have an unfortunate incident but they are not very responsive either via email or even returning my call.
I will just use my trolley until it breaks down beyond repair but will not buy a Stewart Golf trolley anymore and will absolutely NOT RECOMMEND the product to anyone if you want to keep you sanity intact.

Great products with better service! I sent my Q Follow back to Stewart to replace the "gear boxes" after one failed well passed the warranty period -- and after a ton of use. The cost seems totally reasonable and they made the process easy. Shipped me a new boxes, I shipped my cart back.

How does NOT charging a battery result in it blowing up? Paid them two weeks ago for new battery, still not shipped. Promised response after response and heard nothing. MONTHS of conversation and complaints with their customer service folks has resulted in nothing. Stay away. Absolute disgrace.

I give the Vertex a solid 5 for performance, ease of handling and overall quality. I treated myself to an electric push cart (trolley) for my 70th birthday. Totally worth the money!! Marking down to a 4 for the customer experience, which while still good was difficult to manage. There is no number you can call to speak with a representative and e-mail exchanges can take several days.

I have had good experience with customer service and really enjoy my Q-Follow. I had been thinking of purchasing a Q-Follow for about 3 years and finally after various sale promotions did it. A great price with the help of a Stewart associate. Bought in February 2025 and finally got to use it late April due to weather. I have been very happy with the caddie and get many positive remarks while on the golf course. Golf at various courses that a very hilly with no problems. I purchased the extended warranty as I do with all of my substantial purchases. Customer service gets a grade "A" in my book. Great product built with quality in mind. Thanks Guys!

One guy in my golf group had a follow 3 years. We always joked when i would get one. Pulled the plug a few months ago. The follow is so enjoyable. Great attachments too. So much easier than a standard walking powered cart

Impossible to have a conversation with customer service. Auto-boy is very limited. It responds by asking if you’d like to speak with a CS rep but never connects just sits idle. CS did respond by email days later with incorrect information. Shipping info was not provided. When requested on line the email response came after item was delivered. Overall a very poor experience

The battery operated buggy I purchased from Stewart is great! It has made walking the golf course a great experience. It handles good on all terrains. My course is rather hilly in several places. I call my buggy Stewart! It is almost like having a personal caddy!

Changed my mind on the original order. The cart was never received and returned to you on 28 April. I reached out numerous times with no response to get a refund and order a new cart. I want a Stewart cart but will not reorder until my refund is processed. Please issue the refund minus the $169 return fee. $2045.80 - $169 = $1876.80 amount to refund.

The worst customer service experience ever. Purchased Q9 Follow Cart in late January of this year. Cart arrived and worked fine until early April. I experienced problems with the speed control and reached through e-mail. I received a response which was not really responsive to my request. In the meantime my cart stopped working altogether due to pairing issues with the remote control. It will not stay paired. I have emailed several times each day and left a call back number with customer service almost every day for the past three weeks. I have received one call back and one additional e-mail. I have received nothing since early last week. To date I have spent at least a few hours trying to just get someone to speak with me. Apparently they just don't care. I am nearly at the point of tears having a $3000 paper weight sitting in my garage.

I originally posted an average review of my Stewart. Now, after 3 months of using it everyday, I love it! The key is to have a heavy golf bag. I load up my bag with waters and sand bottles and it behaves flawlessly. I am a little frustrated that I had to shell out a few hundred dollars to get a cart bag, but once I did, my opinion of the Stewart changed dramatically. Envy of my club!
