Good, Professional and Responsive Team

My stay was very good I love the place very quite and clean.

I have provided my feedback in a separate email. I’m speaking to Jennifer about my feedback later today.

Sojo reps were very responsive and professional. They were able to find and furnish an apartment for me, my partner, and our two pets within a tight timeframe. I would definitely contact them again if I need a short-term furnished apartment.

I am so very disappointed in the number of times it took my husband and myself to make phone call after phone call about the "roach" problem in Loree apartment number 601. From day one, December 17, 2021 to our final day on, July 28, 2022, we had roaches in the apartment, mainly the kitchen area, and for this reason I would not recommend your apartment complex especially since we paid a high dollar amount monthly.

Great place to stay, good location, I enjoyed my stay at Sojo, it was nice and clean room, requested maintenance once, Sojo team was very responsive, good service.

there was great confusion on the location of the apartment, the check in process and maintaince issues. broken A/C that was out over the long weekend. window couldnt close and there was no inital walk through upon occupancy. Three gouges in the kitchen floor and a missing blind pleat on the balcony door. Trash shoot has been out of service for the entire stay.

Sojo (The Yard at Ivanhoe property) was great, really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it. I used for a six month temp/corporate housing, in a fully furnished unit with housekeeping. It was a great experience and the staff was always very helpful. Thank you!

Best accommodation that i stayed in the last 10 years of corporate travel. They cater to your needs very quickly backed up by a great customer service team.

Sojo was perfect, made everything easy. I had accepted a job in tampa and my family was not able to join me for several months, so I needed convenient furnished housing for a few months to be able to complete my relocation when my family came down. Easy to use, service when I needed it was great. I definitely recommend to anyone in need of housing

While receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, we needed a place to accommodate my husband, our pup, and me for seven weeks. Stay Sojo hooked us up at Steele Creek with an affordable and lovely, well-furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment. Totally exceeded expectations in a safe, gated community. A helpful, kind team available to navigate us and answer questions. A pool, gym, clubhouse, business center, and mini-doggie park - even car washing bays. Really everything we needed during a time when we had to find a home away from our home!

The whole process was turnkey and everything went smoothly. If I ever had a question, my contact at SoJo was responsive and swift. The location was furnished nice and provided all the items we needed for a 6 week stay and had an amazing pool. We felt like we were at home!

Great company to work with and very accommodating and attentive. Loved my apartment!
