Christopher and the Stay Sojo team were great and anytime something went wrong it was fixed within 24 hours. This is one of the best Corporate apartment companies I have stayed with.

The Staff and the apartment were very nice. The only negative thing I experience was that a tenant allowed his/her dog to poop in the entry way and it remain there for several days. This even grossed out visitors to the building.

The nicest most accommodating personnel I had the pleasure of working with. From day one, they took care of me and my needs expeditiously. I highly recommend SOJO and all the services they provide. Thank you for everything y’all do.

We had a wonderful time at the Citation Club these last 2 months. Everyone was wonderful and especially Jennifer and Julia. The place was clean and very comfortable. It really felt like a home to us.

Very courteous agent to help with settling in. A couple of items that I'd like to mention . . . the A/C system has a wide range of temperatures to access when to turn on and then off. The rooms would get up to 75 degrees before turning on the A/C; then it would run a long time to get the temperature down to 69 or 70. I learned to put on my sweater when it got too cool, then I took it off when it got too warm. I also had difficulty with the internet access, especially when many others are checking in online. I had to use my phone to access AT&T service many times. Other than those two complaints, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the serviceability of the apartment. Thank you.

From the start, The team was courteous and very professional kept open and easy communication. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, had every amenity you could possibly need and those pillows are amazing! I would stay as long as I could but I knew that my stay was short. The neighborhood is safe and calm, and you're just a few miles from coral way or from Coconut Grove and both are phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment, thank you so very much you guys are are amazing!

House was very nice. Neighborhood was great. Close to shopping, dining, hospital. I would recommend to anyone. When we had any issues, I sent an email and received prompt responses.

The service and the experience with Stay Sojo could not have been better. We stayed in a beautiful apartment with a building that had every amenity. The customer service people were all top and any items that were asked for were provided quickly and without any negotiation or issues. We look forward to using Stay Sojo again in the near future.

Our stay was great. Any issues, and there weren't really any except a basic maintenance request, we addressed quickly and timely.

I have stayed at other locations and I got the apartment that I wanted. It is nice and quiet and the staff are very friendly too!

The apartment did not live up to our expectations for the very expensive rate we were charged and a fairly new building. IT HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL WHEN WE WALKED IN and remained the entire time. Sojo did try to get rid of it by setting off some type of deodorizing bomb, which helped, but it really just masked the smell. We still smelled it everytime we entered and had to keep the air running to help. The carpet was dirty, the appliances were all scratched and dented as if an animall had jumped up and clawed the front of them, the dishwaher dry cycle didn't work, and we had a major bug issue when we arrived, which Sojo did handle promptly .Our water had that awful sulfur smell most of the time. It was sickening to even brush your teeth.

All personal were helpful, kind, and understanding. Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Baldwin Harbor in Orlando.

Customer service during the reservation process was great. Do recommend that the in apartment housewares items be upgraded/replaced. Some basic items missing i.e. pizza cutter, measuring cups, etc.
