Great community amenities. Beautiful pool, common areas, social activities, gym, work rooms, clubhouse, dog run area. Well laid out apartments. No shared walls or people above you. All single level walk in. Perfect for families, or anyone who needs a quiet space. Wonderfully quiet. Fenced yard was great for kids and dog too. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This was our second year with Stay Sojo and we couldn’t have be happier. Everything is so easy, from move in to check out. The apartment and location are wonderful and completely turn key. The concierge service is great. Looking forward to coming back next season! Thanks Stay Sojo!

It was a straightforward process to sign the agreement, do the check-in, and check out. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The support of the customer service team was excellent. The complex looks very secure.

The apartment was cozy. Parking is covered and convenient. The responsiveness from maintenance is the best I’ve ever experienced. The occasional emails checking in to see if there is anything I needed was a special touch. Professional, courteous staff.

Semi-emergency accommodation required at short (ish) notice, all done with pretty much minimum fuss.

Apartment was clean, excellently equipped, in a great development and welcomed my dog also.

Hard to find fault (just perhaps the Roku TV system is not very good, but I am not that much of a TV watcher so not a big issue).

Room was comfortable. Check in and check in instructions were not accurate. It would be nice to have access with to a portal to communicate. The motif itself was not a very well kept/ maintained building with security lacking.

I have used this company multiple times over the past couple of years and they are hands down the best company..they respond to any questions and any of your needs within minutes…I have worked with Renee numerous times and she is amazing!! Give them a try!! You won’t go wrong!

I have worked with Stay Sojo for the last 5 years and always go above and beyond. Their homes are always very clean, beautifully furnished and their customer service is simply the best. They have so many options to choose from and they always help me find the perfect home away from home. It was a very nice experience. I think the apartment complex is kept very well and the staff is cordial. It became a home away from home.

I found the apartment very clean, well stocked with household items that made my stay very comfortable.
Something worth noting, I did kill quite a few bugs within the bathroom as well as very small pests on the kitchen countertops. I may suggest taking a look at the two chairs on the patio, very soiled so I didn't use and the floor needs a good scrubbing. I did move the couch and found a large used bandage and uncrustable sandwich wrapper. I did find when the person above me used the shower or bath late at night the noise (like popcorn popping) was a bit annoying. The same room above me seemed to always be moving furniture but that's just part of an apartment I guess. I was right next to a service room and could also hear an ongoing beeping sound from this room during most of my stay. I felt the parking spots are way too close to one another which causes dings on the car. I did find the gate a challenge some evenings or at some points one side left open. Not sure if this gate really serves much of a purpose as people would drive in behind me. Overall I enjoyed my stay and hope my points are taken as helpful. Kind regards, Jeff

Our living accommodations were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend working with Sojo.

I rented one bedroom corporate apartment at the Yard at Ivanhoe for 28 days in Aug/Sep. It was a very nice and clean. The kitchen appliances could have been more robust but it was adequate (it is bare minimum). I was missing a few kitchen utensils when I first arrived but the staff was very responsive in replacing the items, which was appreciated.

Great to have washer/dryer combo in the apartment. The place was very roomy and extremely comfortable.
Good gym area (I didn't use the pool). Plenty of work out options though a few of the machines were broken and never fixed (the two I use the most, the rowing machine and Air Assault bike). But nice other options of weights and machines. I loved the padded boxes for "box jumps" and the free olympic weight platform was really nice! I loved the potato bar offered one night (yummy). My biggest issue was the parking garage. My apartment was on the 7th floor. The "speed bumps" in the parking garage are very high and horrible on one's car. There are two bumps on every level, that's 14 speed bumps up to the 7th floor. Then back down again when you leave. This took time and got old quick. I started parking on the 5th and 6th floors to alleviate this on some days which helped. Fortunately I had a rental car so not as concerned about the long term damage to my car but still extremely annoying. The interesting ironic part is the speed bumps actually encourage vice discourage people to speed in the garage since it takes so long to go over the bumps people try to "make up the time" between the bumps. Saw it time and time again. It actually makes the speeding problem in the garage worse. I would never stay here if I had to drive my personal car over those huge speed bumps every day. What that does to the car's alignment plus wear and tear on tires is significant.
