Sojo was great
Sojo was great, maintence requests once passed to the complex died on the vine. Case in point, the icemaker.
Other than the apartment complex issues, Sojo handled everything profeesionally, proactively and most importantly, painlessly.

StaySojo was very accommodating, but...
StaySojo was very accommodating and quick responding when something would happen. The furniture and items provided were perfect and very helpful. I realize that this is out of StaySojo's hands, but the Premier Loft facilities itself were sub-par. It was rather gross having to walk to the elevator behind the Thumbs Up kitchen. The concrete was slick as they had poor disposal of their cleaning materials and it always wreaked of bad food.

My home away from home
I so very much appreciate the Stay Sojo team! We have lived in our apartment since January 9th. The staff has never disappointed me whenever I called about an issue. One major problem for me was the washing machine. It would wring my clothes so tight but not leave them clean. I thought they would send someone to repair the washer but to my surprise they replaced it with a brand new one! Anytime I had a problem they took care of it in a very timely manner and they always spoke with a smile and made me feel that they truly cared that our stay here was pleasant and a good experience. Rebecca and Jennifer, you may not want your name mentioned but I believe giving kudos when well deserved. You made being displaced from our home a pleasant temporary home away from home. Thank you!

Apartment was spacious and clean when I moved in, smelled like cigarette smoke from a previous tenant. Company was good about trying to remedy it but it had already penetrated my clothes.

Disappointing
The minimum stay requirement was not clear. The process for background was rushed and pushed fast. The apartment was not accessible per the instructions. There were no EV charging instructions. The location leasing team was rude and unhelpful.
The apartment itself was very nice and well kept.

High season in Sarasota!
Stay Sojo enabled us to live in downtown Sarasota during high season, January through March, in a completely furnished apartment with full deluxe amenities. A few of the kitchen furnishings were a bit short imo, but they immediately came to the rescue! We paid a premium, but it was well worth it, convenience, quality apartment/building, timing.

Feeling like if you are at your home
It was an excellent experience this two months I spent at The Manor at City Place. The staff was very kind and always with good attitude to resolve any issue and the facilities were clean and neat.
