I was happy with the product but not happy with the £10 delivery fee which took a week and was meant to be 2 days.

It has been over 2 months and I still havnt got all of my items that I have purchased will not be ordering from here again and will not be recommending to friends and family

I’ve place and order of £200 and never received it, they also refused to refund me, luckily I’ve order it from Klarna and I managed to get my refund through the customer support.

So from the start I was mislead. I ordered a Canada goose jacket on the 1-2 day category.But while at check out it said delivery will take 2-4 weeks, which I found abit funny as I remembered it said it was 1-2days. Anyways I ordered the jacket either way and asked if it was a error on the website. Which I got the reply of "it was ordered on 2-4 days mate so will be next week 👍". Found this strange as I even double checked on the website and it was definitely said 1-2 days. Anyways I let it slide and was willing to wait till the next week to see if it arrives. Couple days before when the jacket was meant to arrive I kept checking my emails checking if I've had a email about the jacket being dispatched. Which they never even sent, only email I got was the confirmation about the jacket. I still decided to wait a bit longer as I've seen stuff like this pull through the last minute and sometimes wort the longer wait. By the way this wasn't the case it was the 10th day of waiting around bare in mind I didn't count the weekend and still no email about dispatched or tracking number. I then decided to message via the social media app as emailing them takes 2-3 days to get back. Once I asked for a for tracking number they replied back saying I needed to email them for the tracking. Which isn't the case when he's been replying back and forth on the social media app, felt like he was just wanting to be awkward.Either way I then said why didn't you send tracking when jacket was dispatched. Turns out after all that time of waiting about they didn't even dispatch the jacket yet lol. With apparently 6 years of running the same business they still can't communicate with there customer and don't even know their website layout as they said it was 2-4 days when it was in the 1-2 days category and even having the categories it doesn't matter as you'll need to chase them up for the tracking to find out it's not been dispatched. Would like to update with photos of the conversation because it's actually so funny how he advertised as a professional business but the way he speaks to his customers is rude and totally unprofessional.PS after reading the 5 star reviews there definitely fake to try and balance out all the negativity lol

I have been ordering from this company for a while and never had an issue - quality is always second to non and the communication is great. It may be more pricey than other company’s but the quality is well worth the extra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1-2 day delivery shouldn’t even be advertised!! On more than 2 occasions now I have ordered and item has stated 1–2 days and each time the items have taken over 2 weeks to arrive!!

I didn’t get sent my items waited from the 11th august up until about 2 weeks in October then had no idea when my stuff was going to arrive then just got sent an email saying “refund” not even an explanation anything that’s next day delivery is fine anything that isn’t is so poorly done.

I never received my order. It took over a month and didn’t get any update from your company until I filled a refund from you guys . That’s terrible

Ordered with the 3-4 weeks delivery. I ordered over 3 weeks again expecting to have a tracking number around day 10… tracking number never arrived and parcel still hasn’t been shipped, still managers to take money out and my account though of course!! Avoid like the plague

Item ordered on the 30/8/23 for 1/2 day delivery. It’s now the 8/9/23 paid in full and also for the 1/2 day delivery, asked for a full refund via email and still not heard anything back, I would not recommend shopping here and I won’t be again. Customer service isn’t the best, and their Instagram page whoever runs it is arrogant and extremely unprofessional

I placed and paid for my order on July 3rd and was told it would be delivered within 3-6 weeks. It’s now been 9 weeks. I’ve tried contacting them several times over the last couple of weeks to find out where my item is but had 0 response. Terrible service.

The item I bought was rough and it cuts my skin. Definitely, the item was faulty and they wont make a refund.
