I have ordered from this company numerous times over the years and only ever experienced first class customer care. The items are amazing and they are always at the end of an email or a DM if you have any questions. They are my go to for any purchases for both birthdays and Christmases. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and in fact I have recommended them to family and friends.
For those mentioning delivery, there is a page on the FAQ’s regarding delivery’s, they are very honest about the time scale. Some things in life are just worth waiting for, if you require an item sooner they do have a selection of items with shorter delivery times I would order from these guys over and over again. You won’t be disappointed.

Use regularly - always brilliant quality and service. 9/10 times Arrives in timeframe stated also.

Had 2 out of 3 negative experiences with ssonline - won’t bother again. 2nd order I emailed for an update after waiting 5 weeks and the tracking link hadn’t updated. Asked for an update and was told it had gone missing, can send a replacement out the next day to which I thought yes it’s frustrating but they’ll send me another one out the next day. I asked how long this would take- the answer another 4 weeks. I paid for an item and selected 2-4 week delivery but was expected to wait 9 weeks for it!

Quality of the item was good and wanted to give benefit of doubt. (Wish I hadn’t). Ordered again on 3rd December and selected pre Xmas delivery. It’s now 8th Jan still not received anything. Sent 5 emails to chase this up and have been told today I can received a refund. No apology, no reason just offered a refund. When questioned was told “this hasn’t been sent”. Asked to speak to someone else that will be helpful. Response was “what do you want someone else to email you saying”. Customer service skills would be beneficial in a customer service role replying to customer emails representing a business. Not only is it frustrating waiting over 5 weeks for something that you should have received within 3 weeks but to be given rude and unhelpful answers by phill on both occasions is a joke. Here’s hoping I do get a refund but would advise to not bother ordering from here as they clearly don’t care wether you get your item or not

Had an issue with Royal Mail in which my item was seized. Contacted ssonline through the contact form located and their website and my item was quickly replaced and a new one sent out free of charge.

I’ve ordered from SSonline multiple times and never had any negative experiences. Would highly recommend ordered from them

Bought shoes and they were a little small so I sent them back and wanted a different shoe and I was told they are not in stock I would receive them in a month if I wanted to wait ..so I did and I let my klarna continue..I paid the difference because the other shoe was much more expensive and I got my shoe within less that a month and exactly what I imagined it would be like ..quality is great and looks so good ..my first purchase and I will definitely be a regular 💗💗💗

Delivery is always on time

Ordered on the 23rd November and my order confirmation said it was pre xmas delivery, order now for delivery before Christmas (4 week delivery) so I placed the order hoping I would have them. On the website it says you will get a email with shipping confirmation 7-10 days after. 3 weeks later still nothing to then be told today that I won't receive till after Christmas due to delays. The service that these guys are providing is a shambles and they are very rude. All the stock they are getting is from DHGATE so save yourself some money and time and have a look on there yourself. Good job I used klarna and managed to get my money back. These guys are time wasters and selling you a service they cannot provide trust me look at the reviews. All the positive ones are definitely fake accounts.

*Update* Yes you did refund me as I was well within my rights because you was selling a service which you failed to provide. I think you are the ones who should tell the truth to your customers don't make me out to be a liar🤣

Order never came and ended up having to request a refund after 7 weeks of waiting

My order didn't arrive when the confirmation email said its been shipped. After several chaser emails have been sent they replied to me as item is out of stock and refused to refund, being asked to choose something else or they will issue a credit note. I really don't believe that the item I ordered was in stock whem I ordered at the first place and they tried to get more money out of me by trying to sell something more expensive or something that I dont like. I can understand on the situation that no refund ploicy that if I had received the item and tried to return to get the refund but I never received the order and they can't issue a refund. Such a scam! I can't trust to pay them more money to order something else displaying on their website because they could just keep taking my money and telling me that they are also out of stock after order has been made. You can only contact them on email and they would give you a reply when they wanted to and keep you waiting to make the process delay as long as possible. I'm still awaiting to get resolved and I feel like I lost £86👎👎☹️

Please be aware an entirely “unprofessional” company, this is not a “formal high street retailer” in any shape or form there are evidently no processes in place which you would expect from a legitimate fashion retailer… So If your unfortunate enough to have to email customer service because ‘YOUR ORDER NEVER ARRIVES’ after months of chasing you will notice you are met with “no tracking info” and “succinctly rude responses” it seems as if the have appointed a random person to handle all customer care issues which is quite shocking ! Simply put My item never arrived after 3 months. They are actually advertising certain stock they just don’t have!.

Ordered a parcel on the 21/09 and it is now 20/11 and I still havnt received the item!
