Always pretty sceptical buying online but these guys were brilliant their communication on instagram was spot on even on the Easter weekend they still managed to get it out next day delivery for the Saturday. I brought a CD sweatshirt and the quality is top notch! Definitely recommend 👍

Just recieved two pairs of Yeezys. Loved them both. The service from the staff is second to none and they are always very helpful. Great service, great products and will most definitely use them again.

So I ordered a pair of LV sliders end of November hoping they would arrive as a Xmas present, it’s now been almost 5 months after multiple emails they’ve p apparently been “re sent” and still no sign of them or at least a tracking number, the only positive is I purchased a pair of shoes on next day delivery which did arrive, only a week later but at least they came.

Order for next day delivery, on Saturday, it's now Tuesday and just received, email saying, order has just been processed, after paying for next day, rubbish not good enough.

Ordered some trainers almost 5 months ago and still have not received them. Haven’t been refunded or assured of delivery. Incredibly difficult to communicate with customer service who rarely respond and when they do it’s unhelpful and unreassuring. Terrible service.

Ordered next day delivery Jan 22nd. Now March and still waiting. No contact other than emails stating contact will be made Monday the following week only to hear nothing and have to chase again. Took money and not recieved a thing. Awful

I purchased products from this company on the 12/01/24 , the items purchased was next day shipping and didn’t receive them next day. When i emailed the company they told me it would be a 4-6 weeks wait and it was their mistake i explained i needed the items for a birthday and would like a refund it is now 7th march no refund which i was promised. The company takes long to respond i’ve ordered with this company when they just started and never received this type of service from them.
Its been 2 months ive been asking for a refund of £265 !

A. Yes, funds were used from a saving account.
B.No refunds were ever refunded. So not sure who you think you sent £150 too because it wasnt us.
C.We never got sent a tracking number like you website states.

D. After sending several emails of disappointment , and getting the standard reply and waiting over 8 weeks, we got an email saying " will be with you this week ". And we finally did receive the item. !!!!

So after a lot of stress and shocking customer service and unclear communication, the product is lovely !! .

Just so disappointing the communication wasn't better and the stress it has caused this would help with your rating going forward.

100/10, communication, delivery and quality are absolutely spot on. Any queries were answered in literally minutes and was kept up to date until the parcel reached my door

It pains me to give them one star when they truly deserve minus stars. As the many reviews have stated poor and rude communication is a given from this merchant.

First, my order was never sent a month from the purchase date (22nd December 2023). In my delusion I actually believed them that I'd receive a tracking number, obviously this tracking number took the entity of a ghost.


Two and half months later I decided to cancel the purchase and requested a refund, who needs a pair of Uggs in Spring or my funeral by the time they arrive? Maybe they'll arrive as a ghost like the invisible tracking number.

All this company now need to do is confirm to Klarna that my order has been cancelled so they can issue my refund. Yet are we surprised, they don't even have the decency to do that and no longer reply to my emails. This means my refund is indefinitely on pause till they can be bothered to do so.

I'm not bitter or angry anymore the situation is a learning. Please, please, please read the reviews!!! Yes, this company has satisfied customers yet they have 25% 1 star rating. This means you could be 1 in 4 to experience this nightmare of a service which is a huge gamble.

Here I am again, this company is an actual joke. Ordered my stuff for my birthday on January 16th next day delivery and still to this day got nothing. Got told I had an option of the refund which is what I have asked for and then send me a tracking number for my stuff. It aparently got delivered, however I wasn’t even home as I was abroad so tell me now who have they delivered it to, cuz it wasn’t me. Now keep asking for refund as that is what I had been told I was getting in the first place and still nothing. Plus they only answer why they want in the emails, and they are rude as hell to costumers. Stay away

I ordered some items for This company In January the items i ordered were all on next day delivery. It is the 19 February 1 month and a half later almost two months and i have yet to receive my refund , when i contacted them they told me that the 2-4 day delivery was an error and it should be 2-4 weeks delivery i spent £265 pounds on items that were supposed to be used as a gift.
No contact on my refund , waiting time for a respond is hell. Honestly its just misleading .

It's sad really , I've been using ssonline before they even had a website set up and was always great service. But of recent I'm still waiting on an order from November and they just keep sending me the same emails . I had to choose 3 different items now because the ones I keep choosing are out of stock . When I asked for a refund originally they told me I had to choose different items even though they was nothing I really wanted .

Didn’t receive my items for 9 weeks, contacted them for confirmation of delivery and just kept being told it’ll be there soon, opened a dispute with my bank and then suddenly an empty box turns up, they have rejected the dispute with my bank and aren’t replying to emails. Absolute scammers !! Be careful!! All I want is my refund and a decent customer service.

I’ve been waiting 1 month and 1 week for my order, they told me it’s been sent and that they’re waiting on tracking then a week later I get another email saying my package has been missed?? Still haven’t got a email back or any response from these people

Absolutely delighted with my Adidas/GG polo, arrived quicker than expected. Although I ordered a Large and it was too small I got it exchanged for an XL with no hassle with ongoing communication from the seller. Quality is unreal along with customer support 10/10 definitely be buying again and recommend to friends.
