Still not received my order after 4 weeks no tracking either awful customer service and support

Been 4 weeks and haven’t had any update. Not professional

Great quality products and fast delivery. Definitely going to carry on using this service to buy more clothes and shoes

I received my package today and my shoes were perfect

I’m happy with the items came and love them but you say no tracking on 1-2 day delievery items I ordered 1 item through 1-2 day and another item was on the 3-4weeks so I should have had tracking not once able to track my parcel and when I emailed I emailed asking about it 3 times and only on the 3rd time did I get a answer that helped which was a bit frustrating having to chase stuff up and it taking 3 emails to get a good and helpful answer but product wise can’t fault it at all the quality of items is top class

Don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to for these guys. Designer wear can be a luxury most can only dream of.

Purchased a few T shirts off of this website to try them out as prices were a lot lower than any other place I could find.

The items were 1-2 day delivery, one turned up within the time frame specified but the other must of just missed the cut off for the weekend as I made two seperate purchases, a quick email sorted this discrepancy out.

With the item that turned up I could not fault the quality of it. Quality material, extremely heavy meaning high grade material, embroidery couldn’t be faulted, everything absolutely spot on.

Will continue to purchase my designer wear from these guys from now on.

After receiving the wrong item, I promptly reached out to the store to address the issue. They advised me to return the item, and promised to send me the correct one. I explained that I was traveling overseas and needed the item prior to my departure. However, the store's communication was subpar and their responses were delayed. Eventually, they informed me that they were unable to send me the correct item and had refunded my purchase. I also requested a refund for the returned shipment, which they did provide.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I expressed my dissatisfaction and inquired about repurchasing the item on the same terms and conditions once I returned. However, the store failed to respond to my query, and their brief and unhelpful responses did not reflect a concern for customer satisfaction.

Overall, this was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience that left me dissatisfied with the store's customer service.

Love my white tracks ordered them during bank holiday and they still arrived within 3 days true to size and super comfy ❤️
