From ordering to delivery very quick, windows are of a good standard. Installation team excellent. Left house very neat and tidy afterwards.

Professional and efficient throughout the process from the initial visit to the installation. Delighted with the new doors.

Really pleased 6 windows and 2 doors finished in a day brilliant job

The guys were excellent, no problems at all

Very professional staff from start to finish. Friendly and hardworking and did a great job.

From first contact and appointment with salesman, who explained the patio doors all the work that would be done etc. Went for the bi fold doors. This was followed up by the surveyor who again fully discussed all the work etc that would be done then the team to take out old doors and fit the new bi fold doors with matching cladding done in a day. The full experience was exceptional in all respects as was the contact at office. Would highly recommend SRN home improvements.

The whole experience was perfect from the sales lady coming to my home, explaining information and advice, showing all the door products with prices then taking our order, the surveyor arrived within days, did a really efficient measure up giving us lots of info on what was what. The fitters came up from Airdrie, sharp, and got started straight away, doing a great job,the finish was fantastic, and they hoovered up and left my place in perfect condition. Many thanks.

Pleasure to do business with them. Scott. Ryan. What a team. Start to finish. Polite, respected our home and punctual. No time wasted they never stopped. Really pleased with their expertise. Great job thank you lads.

Think my word we’re WoW what a difference!! The windows have modernised my home from top to bottom. Took just over two days, and the work men were very respectful and tidy.

I cannot recommend SRN enough. My flat had old, falling apart windows that were more aesthetic than useful. From the first step, it was easy. The very kind woman who was my main contact when arranging appointments was very helpful and made organising everything hassle free. Not only was the original salesman incredibly friendly, he explained everything very in depth. I was incredibly impressed when he brought a full window out of the van into my flat so I could see and feel how well made they were. The surveyor who measured up was polite, perfunctory and friendly, in and out in about 10 minutes. And the technicians who installed the window were so friendly and good banter. Every step of the process was made easy, which I really appreciated being a first time home owner who had never had to go through any sort of large renovation like new windows. If you need any doors or windows, SRN Home Improvements should be your first choice.

Professional, friendly and efficient. Made such a difference to the heat conservation and noise reduction

Would recommend SRN to friends and family. Very friendly and not pushy from start to finish. Everything from start to finish was explained and there were no surprises. The install team were on time, polite and tidy. 5 starts all round.
