The fitters arrived in good time and made a suggestion which had not been made earlier about the surroundings to the windows and door which I was having fitted. This meant a much better finish than I was expecting. They worked quietly and efficiently, completing the job in a shorter time than I was anticipating without cutting any corners. The work was of a very high standard and I would readily employ them again in the future They also tidied up after they had finished which was much appreciated.

Almost smooth operation from start to finish. Only hiccup was they hadn’t included a letterbox in my new storm doors but after contacting them they were out the following day and fitted said letterbox. Fitters really nice and left the place as they found it. Very happy with my new windows and door and would definately recommend them.

I was not pressured into taking their quote for new windows and doors but felt as if they listened to me. Excellent fitt8ng and clearing up of work carried out by fitters. Love my new doors and windows.

A very smooth experience from the start, the surveyer suggested a couple of small changes which we agreed on. The fitters (big john and little john) were great they had 8 windows replaced in no time and tidied up. Next day they started work but unfortunately the other crew failed to turn up. The lads said that they would try to get the work done on their own. They worked their socks off to finish and tidy every thing up,not even stopping for lunch or a brew. Both of us were very impressed with the customer care and dedication to the job.

Earlier today, a cold-caller from SRN Home Improvements knocked my door and told me they were in the area and mentioned a government grant to get 30% buy-back discount for new windows and doors. As I've been meaning to look into new windows, this caught my attention. I was asked to commit 1 hour to get a quote and agreed to their salesperson coming out later in the day at 1pm to measure up and leave me a no obligation quote valid for a year. I explained that I was not prepared to sit through a lengthy sales pitch and that I wanted their best price without all the nonsense of being given a starter price which will be discounted if I agree to the sale that day.

Max, the cold-caller said that it would only be one hour, stating that by law, they cannot spend more than one hour in our house for this kind of sale. He promised no high pressure sales pitch so I agreed. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from Carla, at their office, confirming the appointment at 1pm/1.30pm. I repeated that I was not prepared for a lengthy sales pitch and that no decisions would be made today. I explained that I had an appointment at 3pm and she assured me that I would be finished in plenty of time.

At 1.30pm a pleasant salesman arrived and for the 3rd time I repeated that I just wanted measurements taken and a quote and that he had 1 hour of my time. At this point, he told me it would take much longer than an hour as he would have to go through all the different options and finance schemes. When I told him what arrangement had been agreed to earlier, he said that wasn't what he was told and that he would need much more than an hour. I explained that I had no intention of wasting his time as I wasn't prepared to sit through a sales pitch. I was promised window measurements and a look at the window sample and styles followed by a quote.

He then contacted his boss to inform him that I was not prepared to continue with the appointment. Realising that he wasn't going to get a sale, his boss told him not to continue with the appointment.

It seems window companies will tell you anything to get a foot in the door before hitting you with their high pressure sales pitch and if you're not prepared to sit through it, then you don't get a quote.

Installation crew did a fantastic job, worked very efficiently and kept a clean work area. Very friendly guys as well.

From the fella knocking on our door to tell us about SRN windows /doors to the installation impressed . We weren't pressured into buying talked through everything shown brochures given a good deal . Varied styles of windows and doors . We got a bedroom window and front door which is smashing glass has lovely blue shapes through glass . The chaps doing the installation arrived on time friendly dine a great job and showed us how to open windows / lock etc. would recommend

Sharon and co are absolutely amazing. From start to finish helpful friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent value for money. Job was done when booked in, took alloted time said, house left tidy and mess free. I honestly dont think ill ever need my heating in again as the quality of the windows and doors are absolutely phenomenal. I honestly couldn't recommend SRN highly enough and can't thank them enough for the job done replacing our 6 windows and 2 doors 😃😃😃

Really happy with the service from start to finish. The team who fitted our new window and French door were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. They worked carefully, kept everything tidy and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new window and French door look great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fitting service. Very pleased with the finished result!

The whole experience was stress free from start to finish! Our windows were fitted 3 weeks after ordering. The fitters were very efficient and professional, leaving our house spotless when they left.
We’re delighted with our new windows and door……..they completely change the look of our property…….so much so, our neighbours ordered with SRN the day after ours were fitted!!

From beginning to finish, all the SRN Staff have been first rate. Polite efficient and friendly. The actual work carried out (3windows) to complete the whole housel was done and dusted in just one morning. Different team from the ones who did original fits, but equally as professional, clean and tidy. Big thank you all round.

From a cold call at door ,to call on phone confirming sales person could attend at time to suit us, surveyer taking measurements and actual workman coming to fit windows...I cannot praise the politeness, courtesy and professionalism of all of them. Everything was explained step by step, reassurance and advice given. Pricing was competitive and absolutely no pressure at any stage. Phil, the joiner arrived by himself exactly on time and worked like a trojan for 2 solid days.Polite friendly efficient &helpful (he took down 2 awkward blinds i couldn't manage myself and moved bits of furniture again which I couldn't do myself). He was very neat and tidy and left his work areas immaculate.
From start to finish ie from knock on door to waving goodbye to Phil whole thing took 3 weeks (windows fitted magnificently in 2 days ). We are delighted with result . Noise level from outside has greatly reduced and already can feel a difference in temperature in what is usually a cold house.
We hadnt heard of this company before but are so glad we took a chance with them as we have had a fantastic experience and can genuinely recommend them to anyone contemplating new windows.
