SRN Home Improvements Bewertungen

Andy and his workmate came to fit our downstairs windows. They arrived bang on time, worked quickly and tidily and cleaned up so well afterwards, that we didn't have to lift a finger. All the staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly. Great value for money and a great experience. Would definitely use SRN again when we come to do the upstairs windows.

A great experience from start to finish. From choosing the windows and doors to getting them fitted. The guys who fitted them were efficient and professional, the house looks amazing. Also dealing with the staff at the office was great, 10/10 for service and products!

They were great only 6 hours , didn't even stop for a tea break they ploughed through the job very happy amazing results:)

Very happy with the result. The guys were extremely thorough in the job and made sure everything was installed correctly. Makes such a huge difference to my flat and now prepared for winter!

I don't normally answer the door to " cold callers" but Kenny caught me on a good day and was very professional and not "pushy" at all. He gave me phone number and contacted straight away and arranged for a call out the next day. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and arranged for surveyor to come out next day to "survey" . Windows were arranged for a 3 week delivery and job was done today by 2 highly efficient gents, who tidied after themselves and, even did a better job of cleaning the windows after, than my normal window cleaner 😀 Would definitely highly recommend this company and their employees 👍

Our experience dealing with SRN Home Improvements was 100% positive, from our initial telephone contact to their surveyor coming out to measure up and offer impartial advice, everyone was really knowledgeable which was of course very helpful. Within a few days of accepting our quote we were given an installation date which was only 3 weeks after the initial contact. Our installers, Scott and his son were so reliable, very friendly and quite quickly we felt comfortable with them in our home. They were really respectful and treated our home with care. Everything was explained to us every step of the way and when our patio doors were damaged (smashed glass) when they were being placed into the van, Scott told us immediately and reassured us the doors could still be fitted safely and securely with a panel in place instead of the glass. We were assured the replacement glass was already ordered and would be fitted as soon as SRN received it, which is definitely was.

All in all we would recommend SRN to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable company to fit new windows and doors.

Honestly, the fitters were top class!

Fitters were excellent great job the windows were finished to a high standard would definitely recommend you to anyone who asked

Very happy with the experience we have had with SRN. Spoke with Tracy/Ross who worked with us and got a great deal and payment plan set up for us. The installation when smoothly. Jamie and Blair got the job done quickly and kept us updated throughout the 2 days. We left them to crack on and they have done a great job. The boys took everything away and tidied up after themselves. 6 Windows and 2 doors done in 2 days, couldn’t be happier

Scott and his son were excellent and very professional. 110% from start to finish. Highly recommend.
They tidy up after themselves, none of their mess left behind.
High quality finish and provide a fantastic service.

High quality windows, very professional, installed 8 windows in 1 day and returned next day to complete fully. Workmen were efficient, cleaning up as they went . Very satisfied with windows and workmanship in installation .

Painfree experience from the very start.
Everything went to schedule. Windows are really smart, and the fitting was very professional. Would recommend

From start to finish....superb service...no nonsense quote(cheapest without the usual "Have you had a quote")
Workmen polite efficient and left the house as they found it.
Even had to leave a key with them 2nd day as I was off on holiday....Thank you guy's n gal's 👍😊

14 old wooden windows replaced by uPVC in under 24 hours. Fast, efficient and neat. Lovely result, quieter and lighter inside the house now. Looking forward to many years maintenance free outside, instead of a continuing round of painting wood and treating rot.

So far so good. Smooth consultation, survey and installation. Any snags quickly dealt with. Installers were polite, tidy and efficient, working late to get job done within 2 days. (Seven windows and front door with side panel).
We still have to experience some severe weather to see how effective the windows and door are.

Very nice and very sturdy doors and windows

The whole process was no hassle from start to finish.
Window installers(joiners) arrived at allocated time.Very friendly.Installed and removed existing windows in a professional manner.Went that extra mile to tidy around the windows, inside and out.Tidied up all mess.

Excellent and prompt service, easy to contact as well. Very happy with the end product, very quickly installed but done to a high standard. I feel my house is now a lot safer and would thoroughly recommend SRN to anyone.

I would not normally talk to salesmen going round the doors, but Kenny was professional, friendly but not too pushy. The work carried out from start to finish was first class. I would definitely recommend this company!!

SRN are an excellent company for double glazing installation. They have installed my front door and all my windows over the past few years and have just installed my French doors. The windows and doors are excellent quality, the finish is superb and the installation team are all brilliant. The sales and survey team are also great ensuring you get the best advice, service and products. The admin team are also very helpful, efficient and quick to respond to any queries. I would highly recommend SRN!
