I would like to thank the two guys ADEN and CONNER on the great job of fitting my windows and door they done a fantastic job and they were very nice and helpful threw out the hole experience and would highly recommend them. I just want to say thank you again to them both

CR Smith came and replaced glass units for us , very easy from the man that came to measure up ,to the fitting of new glass units ,the men were very nice and completed the job ,would use CR Smith again.

Thomas and Dane arrived when expected and removed the broken pane and also vacuumed up all of the shards which was greatly appreciated and then installed the new panes in a very quick timeframe.

Very quick and professional and informative too.

Joiner was very clear as to what he was going to do and carried out the installation in a quick and precise way. On inspection after completion window and French doors were excellent

I was impressed with the professional manner which Robert and Raymond displayed. Both worked hard and their work was of a high standard. I was also impressed with the customer service of CR Smith checking to see if I had any concerns or questions with regard to the installation.

CR SMITH we’re our first choice to remove all windows and doors in house.The team have to take credit they were excellent.Alan was excellent from start to finish kept intouch through out and checked on us when job was completed.Certainly nothing is a issue and deals with all your queries .The boys Keiran Robbie & pellie were on the ball at all times they worked to a high standard.very polite.Kieran is a credit he talked us through absolutely everything.few small snags but it’s not a issue it will be sorted no hassle.over all excellent work CR SMITH.many thanks Pauline& Stuart.(East Lothian)👍

The two joiners (Wayne and Matthew) were excellent. Hard working and good chat.
The painter (Brian) - similar in every aspect.

The guys who did the installation were great, think they were Keiran and Stuart???? They worked in an orderly manner, kept disruption to a minimum, cleaned up afterwards and were courteous at all times. We had been dreading the upheaval, but thanks to them it went smoothly with no hassle at all!!!

Lewis and Gordon did a great job installing my door. The inside handle was missing but they managed to get it on site before they left and finished the job. Polite, punctual and efficient guys. Thank you.

Just had my windows and door replaced by Tam and his brother Drew absolutely fantastic lads very professional,skilled ,with an eye for detail I personally think the company is very lucky to have them

Was extremely happy with the service I received being a disabled person. It was very nice of them to clear up the old glass and clear up everything after fitting the new window that was damaged through vandalism.

The technicians turned up on time, were courteous and helpful.

They arrived on time, carried out the fixes quickly without "rushing" the work. At all times they were friendly and courteous whilst making time to chat whilst working.

This was an insurance claim in an Everest window, covered by section 75 of Halifax Mastercard.
They approved the CR Smith Quote and we were given a date with the week for fitting.
The two fitters arrived, courteous and polite. Within 15 minutes the job was complete. They then cleaned the window and informed us of the 1 year guarantee and they left. Absolutely brilliant - highly recommended.

Everything went according to plan and good work from both employees.

Chris and Graeme came to reajust our doors. Very pleasant and friendly. Great knowledge and job done very professionally. Highly recomend
