SRN Home Improvements Bewertungen

From my 1st appointment to completion, my experience with this company has been very straight forward. Clear explanations of the work I wanted carried out. Good choice of styles/colours. Price was confirmed, no hidden extras. Follow up appointment to measure all windows and doors and a date for installation agreed. The workmen arrived on schedule, even though Scotland was hit by a storm! Team were polite, tidy and just got on with the job. Tidied up at end of the day, took old windows and doors away. Again, punctual on day 2, polite and finished the job to a high standard. All mess and rubbish removed. No complaints at all. Pleasure to do business with them.

Would highly recommend this company to fit windows.
From getting a quote which was very competitive to install was in weeks.
The 2 fitters who installed my windows did an amazing job.
Soon as i can i will be using this company again to do the rear of my house.

Fabulous company.
Fitters were great, tidied up after too.
Windows are really good quality.

The whole process was very satisfactory.
Staff were pleasant and the installer was excellent 👌

First class service with great communication from sale to payment. Tommy, Daniel and Derek made a fantastic fitting team who carried out their work with utmost care and professionalism. We would highly recommend your service to anyone needing a high quality product at an affordable price.

Great response from company following initial meeting with sales team. Surveyor was thorough and professional and made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. Installation was hassle free - Colin the gaffer ensured that. Minimal disruption to household. Delighted with the finished product. Would recommend them to family, friends and neighbours.

Window fitters were quick and very tidy and done a great job, also the surveyor who measured before fitting was very helpfull and informative,

Had an very good experience with the Sri. The installation guys made an excellent job and very tiday

Excellent job by Tommy and the boys, quick, clean, grateful for the tips on how to maintain the windows, all in all great finish and looks fantastic

Excellent job by SRN very happy with the windows. The installation team were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Got a front door from these guys, excellent quality, and great staff

The windows are very good and I was very happy with the installation. Regrettably the fitters were not so at cleaning up after they were finished. There was a fair bit of dust and particles left on my carpet, and where they had move my furniture and fittings to get the job done they did not return them to the place. I am a 72 yr old lady and I had to ask for assistance from my neighbours. My son lives some way away and he had to come over to put my blinds back up.

Absolutely fantastic company and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Had a front door and side panels fitted and the installation and finishing was superb. Would 100% recommend.

From first making contact, to having our windows installed took less than 4 weeks.

We had a phone call to arrange a sales visit which was booked for the following day. I think the guy was quite new to the job, but he explained things well and clearly. He explained finance options and brought in windows to show us.

The surveyor came a few days later and we had to make some changes, but that was easy he gave us an installation date for 2 weeks time.

The installers arrived and took 2.5 days to install 8 windows and a door. They worked quickly and very cleanly. They enjoyed a laugh but were respectful and helpful all the time. My husband had mobility issues and to be honest we were worried about the upheaval, mess and stour that woulld be created, it it was minimal, thanks to Chris and his dad!

We have a pretty stressful situation going on and I did question our sanity whe. We decided to go ahead with new windows and doors, but we really wanted the. In before the winter. SRN made the whole process from start to finish simple (for us) and stress free. There was no hassle at all and nothing anyone could have done better.

10 outta 10 and a great big thank you! 🙏

Very punctual, friendly, knowledgeable people, fitters are punctual, friendly, polite and windows and doors fit quickly, very little disruption and very clean job inside and out

The team only took 3 days to fit out the full house. They we friendly and left the house tidy after the day was done.
