We moved to Spotler to try and bring our services all under one login / product suite. ESP, CRM Popups, Surveys, etc and it was a good decision.

The team have been great from sales and on-boarding through to support. Matthew, Tom, and Georgia, in particular have really invested time into making everything work for us.

Any time we need extra support the replies are pretty much instant, which is a real game-changer when you are trying to be productive.

I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a single log-in, full marketing suite for one monthly cost, that is easy to use.

Spotler is one of the most responsive agencies I've ever worked with. Our account manager Liv is always on hand to answer questions, even if she ends up repeating herself. Whenever there's a technical issue, usually caused by me playing about with something I shouldn't, the support team are always quick to respond and sort.

The platform itself is very easy to use and train new starters on in terms of crafting professional email communications.

Straightforward automation and drag and drop tools are my favourite when setting up email campaigns and scheduling Social Media posts, it makes my life really easy. Plus, the lead generation tools allows a proper follow up of your website visitors and all of this is Dynamics 365 integrated. It Rocks!!

Had an issue with credits. The response from Spotler has been great and outstandingly quick. The only reason it's not 5 star is that we weren't initially contacted to say that our current plan was no longer viable. The account manager we have been designated since being in touch has been amazing.
