We have had a few issues with the Spotler platform, however, our account manager Ellen Lyward is why we are renewing our contract. Great experience, knowledge and expertise that we would not get anywhere else. She always makes time to solve our questions and is a fantastic knowledge base. Thank-you Ellen!

I've been using Spotler for two years now and have just renewed for a third year. The best thing about the platform is everything in one place which makes connecting everything just so easy.

My sales team find GatorLeads amazing and I'm not going to lie, it's made me look good too.

Support from the team is amazing and they are so friendly. My main point of contact Ellen, is knowledgeable and always sending hints and tips and helping my team to continue to push the platform to utilise its maximum impact.

We enjoy the range of features offered by the Pure360 platform, from the robust review stage, to the reporting and data analysis tools. Our account manager, Kristian, as well as the rest of the team, have been excellent and are always happy to help find answers to any questions that arise.

We have been using Spotler (Gator as it was when we first signed up) and we have alway found that they give 1st class support. Our account manager, Lauren, in particular, has always been quick to respond to any questions we have and provide solutions.

Great Platform with loads of advancements.
This platform is ever evolving and really helped within a very small marketing team. I was able to automate processes and allow the platform to do the rest.

I only gave it 4 stars as I didnt use all of the features but the ones I did I was very happy with.

Spotler is a great tool, in which offers all of your marketing automation needs. Their team are also amazing, they offer fantastic support and always look to inspire you to do more using the system. I had recently attended a webinar with another supplier where they were talking about ground breaking technology, and all I kept thinking is ... 'Spotler have been doing this for years!'. So go with them, they know their stuff when it comes to Marketing Automation!

The platform is very user friendly and integrates easily with MS Dynamics. What stands out the most for me when it comes to Spotler is the excellent support that they give to their customers.

I use Spotler for Internal Communications purposes and the platform performs very well. Once you've got to grips with the drag and drop 'GatorCreator' email builder you can do a lot with it, and the emails look very slick and professional.

The reporting is comprehensive, giving you everything you need from an engagement perspective.

The support team is fantastic - very responsive and in my experience have always been able to fix issues or highlight where I've gone wrong.

Ellen - the product manager that I deal with is brilliant, very friendly and helpful and always looking for ways to improve our experience.

The areas that I think could be improved are the email building tool can often be a little complex, with multiple different ways to change fonts which sometimes seem to do different things despite choosing the same font options. Resizing and manipulating images can also be quite tricky, and often requires a trial and error approach as the builder doesn't always represent how the email will land in the inbox. The other area I think could be improved is the reporting side of things, it gives you everything you need via Excel spreadsheets, however I think it would be great if you could visualise trends on a dashboard within the tool itself.

I have been a user of Spotler (Communigator) for many years. Introducing it to 2 agencies I have worked at. It is a great suite of marketing automation tools and is forever being improved/ developed. Support is great and the account managers are helpful and super knowledgeable. I can't recommend enough. Switch to Spotler, you won't be disappointed.

Spotler offers a massive range of marketing automation functionality all in a single platform - email, social, IT tracking, surveys, event registration etc. - simplifying our day-to-day tasks and making the team more efficient.

You also cannot fault their onboarding and support team's who are super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.

I absolutely cannot fault Spotler! Using GatorMail, GatorWorkflow and GatorSocial to create and automatically distribute our company's important updates saves us a considerable amount of time and is completely seamless. Our account manager, Liv, offers great support whenever needed and makes me feel like no question is a silly one! And Spotler's friendly support team have always resolved any tickets I've raised quickly and efficiently.

Spotler is a good, all-round marketing system with a lot of functionality. The drag and drop function is excellent as it allows you to create and design emails and landing pages etc. really easily and they look great! I've been using the system to create and run events, run email campaigns as well as hosting pop ups on our website. All of which are helping to improve our marketing efforts. The live chat support function is also really helpful for quick guidance. My account manager Liv is so friendly and helpful and is also always on hand to answer more complex questions. Like with any system, there are bits which could improved and it can be a little daunting at first when learning how to use it, however Spotler is always taking our feedback on board and looking at how they can implement our ideas to make the system even better.
