Warranty claim on my vehicle
After going back and forth between the garage and spectrum they finally agreed to my claim. LSB was very helpful with the final step and managed to get it approved with the garage. Also Emily was brilliant with chasing and updating me along with kind and caring customer service

I just waited 2 weeks for my car to have a repair than I have I to ring today to see what is going on it's been in and out off the garage every since I got it 2 yes ago from motorpoint
They didn't check the car like they said I had two new front tyres on has there was legaly bold and big jobs done on it I will never be getting a car from motorpoint ever again due to my experience with the car which was £8000 and it had been £1500 spent on it upto now

Claim processing efficient and friendly
Linzi was most helpful in processing my claim. The car was still under purchase warranty from a second hand dealer. The wiper sensor was not working and Spectrum agreed to a higher labour rate at the main dealership as other garages were not willing to carry out the work.

Emily my adviser was lovely and very helpful. Emily took on bored what I was saying and problem solved very well. Emily was kind and patient. Emily listened to my mother‘s complaints and moaning and was very patient and understanding and I very much and I appreciate her for all of her help. So even if I don’t give spectrum 5 stars I absolutely give Emily 5 stars and hope her pillow is cold on both sides

Highly Recommend
Experienced a wiper malfunction in my Mercedes. Spectrum Insurance recommended a local authorised garage, I booked the car in and issues was identified. As I require my car for work & caring responsibilities, I called Spectrum right away to see if this was authorised. The garage hadn’t contacted Spectrum yet so Linzi called the garage on my behalf, authorised the work and called me back. My car went in yesterday morning and I’ve been advised I should have it back this afternoon. Only downside is long wait times on phone, but can arrange callback.
