Great Service
Ordered yellow balau to replace some composite deck boards, ordering process was very smooth. Excellent service from the sales staff when I had to modify my order, polite and knowledgeable.
Delivery via courier was quick and convenient, only had one small section of one plank out of 18 that was warped.

Very helpful. Visited the shop 1st of all to get some advice and samples. Placed the order online and received a call the next day to arrange delivered which was the following day.
Driver arrived by 08:30 as agreed.

Not brilliant!
Lack of communication quality control was bad and although they were very good at sending a replacement it was delivered to the wrong address and the length of wood was so bent and out of shape I can only use half!

We sent a replacement immediately by courier FOC. Can you clarify, as this review is not in keeping with the email you sent and the solution that was resolved swiftly. No quality control or complaints process beware
Made an order that was delivered on time but when time for use measurements of part of the order showed it was smaller than what was stated. Ok excuses made shrinkage blah blah willing to refund fine. Now the rest of the wood was used to build a fence and the first contact with rain whatever it was coated with washed off and stained the wall (wood not weatherproof?) underneath. It will not wash off will need to get wall painted.Cue more excuses which I have in writing about the wood being dirty?Its normal blah blah. Then the unscrupulous company decided it was a good reason to upsell me a wood cleaner!! Don't you check your products before selling is there no QA process before delivery? A call was offered to discuss my misinformed information from 2 local timber merchants who said this shouldn't happen (no apology or offer to resolve the matter). Formal complaint lodged and dispute raised. Will publish outcome after more excuses are made in reply to this post.

No resolution chased about complaints received email saying they cant do anything because Its not fair I will not tell them who advised me that the wood that permanently stained my wall is not good quality.
This is after a month “reviewing the complaint”. They did offer a cleaning solution free of charge which they then didn't send lol!! They have no complaints procedure and the whole thing is very unprofessional checking reviews and avoiding is a regret very unprofessional setup beware if things go wrong with this company.

An easy ordering service and collection options. The price wasn't the cheapest but I was restricted by stock levels at other suppliers who had longer lead times. I also needed somewhere relatively local so that I could collect. Some good advice from staff when I collected my order.
