Great Team supportive staff

Had hygiene at southcliff. Hygienist was so kind and helped me as a nervous patient. Reception team was so lovely.

I had an excellent experience at Southcliff Dental Group in Gosport. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. The service provided was outstanding—kind, professional, and thorough, with everything clearly explained before the procedure began. I felt completely at ease throughout and experienced no discomfort at all. The clinic itself is spotless and well-maintained. I had a really positive experience at this dental clinic in Eastleigh. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient, which made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free.
The dentist was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment. I especially appreciated how they checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organised, which gave me confidence in the level of care.

Honestly such a great experience! I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but this place completely changed that for me. The staff are super friendly and make you feel relaxed straight away, and the dentist was really gentle and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
The whole place is really clean and modern, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Didn’t feel rushed at all and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
If you’re nervous about dental visits like me, I’d definitely recommend this surgery. 10/10 experience, couldn’t ask for better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On 14th April I had my six-monthly appointment to see my dentist Roger Mayal at Hastings Station Plaza, and one week before, on 7th April I received an email from Station Plaza Dental confirming the appointment and telling me that they were looking forward to seeing me.
My wife had left the surgery last year and registered elsewhere because she had had a filling which fell out the next day and it took over an month, over 50 telephone calls and emails (they never answer), and the threat of legal action to get South Cliff Dental Group to refund our £180.
On arrival at the practice, I was surprised to find the doors locked and looking through the window, everything in darkness. I was shocked when the security guard downstairs told me that they had closed, and he gave me the number and address of their practice in St Leonards. I called 6 times with no answer and decided to go there where they told me that the practice at Station Plaza had permanently closed and my appointment was no longer valid. If I wanted to be seen I would have to register as a new patient and make a new appointment.
I explained that I had an appointment, was not given any information of the closure, and had even received an email reminder of my appointment a week earlier. I told them that my whole morning had been wasted but was given no apology. Needless to say, I will not be re-registering with South Cliff Dental Group. We had been patients at Station Plaza since 2011 but it was terrible in the end, each time we went it was a different dentist and the service was lousy.

Hygenist visit very good experience excellent advice in looking after my teeth . My teeth felt great after visit thank you very much . Excellent 10/10 would recommend to go money well spent for excellent thoughtful care. Regards Tony

Terrible service from the Minster, Isle of Sheppey practice. My daughter was traumatised after the dentist tried 3 different types of anesthesia which didn't take and he couldn't get one of her teeth out, despite a lot of agony with him trying. He had already removed some in order for her denture and he was going to leave her with no teeth. In the end he removed a tooth from the denture, but the thing was a dreadful fit anyway. She hasn't been able to speak or eat because the denture falls out. I am now taking her elsewhere for private care.

Thank you again to @Shaeroz Raza I had lost a tooth and I was in pain, I needed to have a splinter of tooth left in my gum shaved down to stop it cutting into my inner top lip, Shaeroz kindly sorted this out and filled in another tooth with a bad cavity at the front when this first happened I didn’t want to go out as I was in so much pain and my teeth looked bad. Now whilst waiting for more treatment Shaeroz has made it look much better than it did.
Thank you also to his kind assistant I have a lot of faith in going to see this dentist

Broadstairs Branch - Appointment for teeth guard for night time grinding.

Terrible service, no clue what they are doing, never answer the phone, cancel appointments, then when you finally get there its a wait time of an hour to be told the dentist cant see you for the appointment that you have been waiting for for months, the dental technician will do it, they get it wrong three times, admit that its a poor job, then after paying over £200 upfront wont take my calls or respond to call back to come pick up the Guard which probably wont fit properly. The are dangerous and incompetent. I have no involved my bank to reverse the transaction as they are not providing me with what I paid for, I have been trying to call for over three weeks and they just hang-up on you after waiting for 15 min, they have a call bac option but never call back. Avoid like the plague they will just steal you money.

I visit the South Cliffe Dental Group Eastbourne for many years now. I have been visiting the Hygienist, Pooja for a year or so, and she is incredibly professional, very thorough with the Hygiene service and she is absolutely lovely. I would absolutely recommend her for Hygienist services- she is brilliant and knowledgeable.

I visited Sahil, the hygienist, today at South Cliff Dental practice and I'm happy to say that he listened to my concerns and reassured me about the cleaning process. Sahil really put me at ease.

If you're looking for the best dental clinic in Eastleigh, I highly recommend this one! The staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the dentists take their time to explain everything clearly. Definitely the best dental experience in Eastleigh – highly recommended!

Very good NHS visit today. I saw Manisha who was very gentle when she inspected my tenth with that sharp pointy thingy they use. She also x-rayed my teeth. All good….well my appointment was 30 minutes late but overall, a nice visit. Thanks.

I strongly dislike seeing a dentist, but had my first visit here after not seeing anyone for 15 years, and the people that treated me couldn't have been better. Thanks so much to Niluphor and Punam for being excellent. I really appreciated your kindness and professionalism. Thank you.
