Convenient, professional, polite.

I needed a dentist and so I visited several surgeries - the experience was mostly not good. Thank God I was finally registered with Bupa dental Burnley. I could not have found a better dental center. Nice, modern, clean environment and very professional and friendly staff, starting from the reception, the nurses to the dentist. I am lucky that my dentist is a great Ruth. The last time I was very stressed, I knew that a tooth would be extracted. Ruth explained to me very professionally, patiently and empathetically all the circumstances of the procedure (and it was complicated, I could not concentrate on what she was telling me) - I have never experienced that anywhere. I did not expect how quickly and painlessly she pulled out my tooth. The tooth was out and I thought she was just starting to work. Thank you Ruth. I must also mention the great nurse Paige. Thank you for her professionalism, kindness and empathy. She helped me very friendly beyond her duties without having to. At the Bupa Burnley centre you will find not only great professionals but also great staff with a human and friendly approach. Thank you Elizabeth E.

From the warm welcome by the reception team to the care of the Dental assistant and the Dentist (Amy) , nothing is to much trouble. Everything is well explained and my anxiety is calmed quickly. Thanks Southy Dental.

Hi,A referral on the 20/08/26 to Bupa dentist in Northampton 41 billing road put me in touch with a dentist in the miner surgery unit for the extraction of two teeth.After checking my medical records he proceeded to remove the two teeth in Question to my astonishment both of the teeth were removed within four minutes from start to finish that included the stitches.
I was amazed at the speed of whole thing and would recommend to anyone that has a dental problem plus the care of the dentist assistant I think her name a was Lydia a very caring Lady well done 10/10. BWalker .

The service is great from the moment you book in with the receptionist. My dentist Mr Brown is amazing, we always have a laugh, which makes me feel totally relaxed. He makes going to the dentist a lot easier for me, plus he is a fantastic dentist very knowledgeable and caring.
