My son's check-up appointment was…
My son's check-up appointment was rescheduled twice. On one occasion, we were not informed, and when we arrived at the clinic, we were told that the appointment had been moved.
I have also found it very difficult to contact the reception team, as the phone is always busy and no one seems to answer calls. When I tried to reschedule the check-up online, I was unable to do so because I was asked to pay upfront.
Overall, our initial visits were excellent, but something seems to have changed recently. Perhaps there have been staffing changes, I'm not sure, but the level of customer service is not as good as it used to be.
