Kindness and professionalism
I contacted SW regarding shoes I had seen at an online retailer but were not my size to see if they might have my size. It was not a current model and they did have any in stock.
The CS associate who I worked with was articulate, knowledgeable and professional and our interactions were a pleasure (which is not the norm these days).
She was extremely helpful and did all she could to help me find some alternative shoes. I have one pair of SW platform sandals and plan to buy another today!
That is how a CS associate should be - made me feel like a very important customer and provided excellent service.

Cannot find the words to describe how happy I am
The shoes arrived within one week of purchase. They are extremely comfortable and look even more beautiful in person. As an entomologist, these are the perfect addition to my outfits for special occasions.

I received damaged shoes
I received damaged shoes and when I contacted them they had terrible customer service. When you spent that much on a product you expect a little bit more of a response. Definitely won’t be getting anything else from them.

I've spent some time looking into your interactions with my team and I can see that we offered a partial refund for your shoes back on the 4th October for the slight imperfections on the soles of the shoes. We've since increased this discount as a further gesture of goodwill and have actioned the refund already. This should be reflected in your bank account within 10 business days of the refund being actioned.
A follow-up email has also been sent to confirm this in slightly more detail but if you have any other questions at all, please don't hesitate to let us know.

If only I had space for more SW’s
I have loved this company since 2008 when I purchased my first pair of SW shoes. I’ve went in to purchase many more, even travelling to the first shop in London to purchase shoes in person as you could not buy them in Ireland in 2016! From in person to online sales team I’ve found them extremely easy to deal with and SW staff seem to want to serve the customer above and beyond.

My daughter got gifted some Sophia Webster Wellington boots and sadly when we opened them we had odd sizes so I emailed customer services and Kajal was quick and friendly with resolving this issue and getting some new boots sent out which we very much appreciated! Amazing customer service.
Amazing customer service.
I purchased the wing trainers over a year ago and felt needed new laces as they got quite dirty with ware.
Taylor from the customer service team was so helpful and sent me out two new pairs of laces.
Couldn’t recommend Sophia Webster enough, I know they come with a price tag but honestly the aftercare was 100% and they are worth paying that bit extra for.

Awful awful product.
Awful awful product.. I ordered a pair of heels.. it came in damaged package.. no spare heel, missing gems. And it is looks like it has been worn with weird feet smell. When I reached out to one the customer services representative called Shola.. rather than than trying to assist me and she was very defensive. I have bought various of designer heels and I own 4 Sophia Webster. Never faced such an issue previously. I am very upset. I feel like it is trap.. I don’t understand all the postive reviews

I hope you're well.
I responded back to your WhatsApp on 10th August regarding the fogging on your shoes. I can see that you've since kept the shoes and haven't initiated a return which is great! I hope you're loving them.
Just to confirm, our vinyl styles may be susceptible to fogging occasionally, this is usually when the shoes go between two extreme heats, much like condensation you might see on a mirror in a hot and moisture filled room. This is totally normal and is nothing to worry about.
If you did have any other questions regarding any of our styles though, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Great customer service
Was flying home on the Tuesday and ordered with an incredibly helpful person on the live chat on the Friday, who made sure I got my order the next morning. Loved the shoes, of course, which came in perfect condition.
