I first came across the sofa ways on TikTok and decided to go and have a look, not really expecting to find exactly what I wanted. I was so surprised by how much choice there was, and I ended up finding my perfect sofa at an amazing price!

I hadn’t received the keys to my new home yet, but they were more than happy to hold the sofa for me until I was ready, which made the whole process so easy.

Delivery was just as smooth. They delivered it all the way up to my fourth-floor apartment without any fuss or drama!

The sofa itself is absolutely perfect, so comfortable, great quality and exactly what I was looking for. I’m so happy with it and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new sofa, especially if you’re after a bargain!

We visited the warehouse to look at a sofa and the gentleman there was very helpful. He showed us all the different options and every sofa looked beautiful. We wanted a different colour, so we chose our own, and when it was delivered it looked even better than we expected.

The quality is excellent, and the whole experience from choosing to delivery was fantastic. I would highly recommend. 5 stars!

Impressed with the quality

I managed resolve my issue. After months of being told we would be called we finally got a new sofa as the old one was faulty. I paid to upgrade to a better standard sofa. I naturally thought when the delivery driver got here they would assemble my new sofa which we had to assemble our self. I was told to discard of my old one which I did and was happy to do so. It took a while to assemble the new sofa. Nothing feels straight forward with this company.

They randomly locked my account asking for source of funds documents after I deposited twice with the same card. No big wins, no suspicious activity, just normal play. It felt like punishment for nothing.

I asked if a footstool could be made in a particular colour that matches my sofa and it could without hesitation.
Lots of choice,colour options and great prices they also take klarna and Clearpay.
Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a new sofa or bed.

we bought a sofa a month ago, in this time we noticed the cushions sunk. it became uncomfortable. we went back to sofaway and told them about the problem. they said they would try to repair it or replace it. a week later they picked up the old one and dropped off a new one. im happy with this outcome, and happy with the new sofa

Bought a sofa bed online from Sofaway, smooth transaction and fast delivery. Great communication from Salesman Peter who couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent quality at a surprisingly good price. I’d say even better than the online photo. Delivery people were friendly and skilled, they took the sofa bed upstairs through a tight space with no damage. Sofaway highly recommended.
