Hello my name is Leesha
I would like to thank sofanatic for the rapid response every time I wanted update about my order. Thank you so much for also delivering on the given date as promised and assembling my sofa for free.
I will highly recommend your service to my friends and family 100%! 😃
Many thanks

The customer service was exceptional and quality of the sofa is excellent. The team were professional, efficient and exceeded our expectations.
Callum went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fabric and colour. The delivery man was great, very experienced and kindly told us how to put it together.
It was the most wonderful shopping experience by far.
Highly recommended!

Delighted with my purchase from Sofanatic! Not only was the delivery lightning-fast, but the communication with both the seller and delivery personnel was impeccable. They delivered exactly as promised, and the sofa itself is not only comfortable but also spotless. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

The team was great from the very beginning, all the way through to the delivery and after! We're very happy with the choice of our sofa. It was great to have so much choice in terms of designs and fabrics to start with. Would've felt overwhelming if they hadn't helped us choose - communication was great and we could ask as many questions as we had to make the right choice.
From ordering to receiving the sofa it did take some time, but I'd imagine that would be the case with other big furniture items made by order too (and certainly was mentioned in other sofa websites), so just something that needs to be planned.
Delivery was perfectly on time as well and Darios was great!
The prices as well seemed unbeatable compared to other shops (especially for the quality). We picked the company after previously having ordered from a high street retailer that didn't have as much choice and the quality ended up not meeting expectations despite the otherwise high prices. So we're even happier with our choice now.

Big thanks and good luck to your growing business! :)

Fantastic Company, would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Absolutely satisfied. I love my corner sofa so much. Also big thank you of your help to choose the best material. I have never seen such a helpful and nice service at any time. Thank you again

We purchased a nice sofa from this family business and it was the most wonderful shopping experience. All employees were very helpful, professional, accurate, and kind during the whole process of selecting and purchasing the sofa. It was a great quality exactly as it was described on their website. The delivery was fast as promised, exactly on the date and they kept us informed during the whole process. The delivery man was very kind, very experienced and he assembled the whole sofa. Altogether, everything exceeded our expectations. Next time, we will buy again from Sofanatic. surprisingly an excellent

Great sofa at a great price. Super fast delivery and efficient

Very Happy with the Buying Experience. I had to move out into a new apartment and needed some furnishing. The team at Sofanatic helped me through the process. Highly recommended and would buy from again.

Great service and I got a fantastic sofa! Was looking around for a high-quality sofa for months and settled on this newer company. Very happy with my choice and they even gave me a discount code for writing this review 👍.

Driver was also lovely and helped get the sofa in the house no hassle.

Had a great experience buying my sofa with them, fast delivery, very good sofa and the service was perfect.

Bought my sofa 2 weeks ago and have never received a better quality setee. Was a bit worried at the start because it was a bit firm, but it just needed to be worn in a little, the driver was super nice and explained it was like a new shoe basically, you need to wear it in a bit. I’ve already recommended to my friends and would 100% pay a little more here for the quality and service than some cheap place!

Excellent customer service and support the whole way through! They helped my parents with ordering and the sofa is amazing 🤩 looks and feels fantastic. Highly recommend 👍🏼
