I also bought a radiator, of which proportions I could not find elsewhere.

I purchased a bathroom cabinet and paid, Waited in for the item to be delivered on the delivery date, it never arrived. I called and was told that the item was no longer avaliable. I asked why i had not been contact to be informed of this, there was no explanation. I was offered a refund which they told me would take 12 days.... A refund does not take 12 days!!!!! It can be done in 1.
Today i have received 2 emails from Soak, both addressed to someone else, about a different order that they have cancelled asking me for bank details so they can arrange a refund! If i was unscrupulious i could have sent my details and got this persons money refunded to my account. I am just hoping that my details have not been sent through to the other person? Would not recomend and would not use again.

I rang soak.com on the 14th January 2020 to order bathroom furniture because one of the items was out of stock but they said the item would be back in stock on the 18th January so i ordered and paid on the same day , they rang me on the 15th to say that the item that was not in stock would now not be in stock until wait for it possibly the end of march 2020 . naturally i said i cant wait until then so they agreed to refund me my money , its now the 05th of February and despite numerous emails and phonecalls they still did not refund my money , and the worst is if other peoples reviews are anything to go by i wont be getting my money anytime soon .

Easy on line ordering good quality shower tray at very good price and we had free delivery of our choice. Would definitely use again

Found what I wanted. Great range.

After 5 attempts my item was eventually delivered. Each attempt, the item was either not with the rest of my items, broken, not on the delivery vehicle, delivery never made etc. As a retail business Soak really need to find a more reliable delivery alternative. I wish I could say that the customer care team were helpful, however they were not, despite being very friendly. As a result of this delay in delivery my building works have been delayed by 4 weeks. There has been no offer of compensation which I find to be very disappointing. Cannot comment on the quality of the items as my builders have not got that far due to the delay.
I hope that I can update this comment on the customer care response.

Great service fast delivery. I sent an e mail and received a very prompt answer. Great company would recommend.

i ordered a bathroom cabinet nov29 2019, it wasn't what I expected and called to have it returned dec5 2019, after numerous phone calls it was picked up the end of January 2020 and now it is feb 4th 2020 and after a dozen phone calls I still haven't received my refund, you have been warned.....

Ik heb twee badkamerspiegels besteld. De pakketten heb ik ontvangen per pakketpost. De dozen waren heel slap en het zag er wrakkig uit. De bezorger gooide met de dozen terwijl ik uit het raam naar zijn auto stond te kijken. Dit kon niet goed zijn. Hoe de bezorger hiermee om ging was heel ruig.
Ik heb mij bedacht en de producten verder niet geopend. Ze hebben enkel bij mij in de gang gestaan.

Vervolgens heb ik de pakketten per pakketpost weer geretourneerd.
Nu willen ze de retour niet verwerken omdat ze, ik citeer: "twee slappe dozen waaraan ze kunnen zien dat deze open zijn geweest hebben ontvangen"
Dat is hoe ik ze heb ontvangen en de hele reden waarom ik ze terugstuur!!!

Ordered a back to wall toilet paying next day delivery, only to have to phone up at 5pm on that next day to be advised being refunded the delivery as cannot honour next day and had to wait 5 working days.. could have ordered it else where.

Crap customer service not prepared to do anything.

This is the second tall radiator we purchased and all was brilliant with ordering and delivery

Unfortunately I had to cancel my purchase as it was too big. However the customer service could not be more helpful, making the cancellation an easy process, they did not try to make
Me feel awkward about asking for a refund.

brilliant customer service. I emailed two companies to ask them a question about their taps. they got back to me immediately ( I still have not heard back from the other company). The tap I was looking at was going to take a week so I asked if they could get it quicker, they couldn't get it quicker but were able to offer me an alternative which was delivered in 48hrs. Thanks
