Truly awful. I have been chasing a refund for a returned product from this lot for seven months. Each time I chase I have to provide my BACS details anew, then get fed the same story of "up to 12 days to process the refund" blah blah blah.

Having read similar reviews elsewhere I seem not to be the only one they are doing this to. Save yourself some time and avoid this bunch of charlatans.

soak.com, if you read this, don't ring or email me, just please process the refund for God's sake.

**UPDATE** spoke to customer service and once more provided my bank details. Told the refund would be with me in 48 hours time. One week later still no refund. Unbelievable

Easy to use website, very good prices

APPALLING is the one word I'd use to summarise, read on.. Order placed on 29 Nov received a total of 8 emails on 2 Dec (1 for each component part) to say items not in stock. Emails stated due in stock 14 Dec (It didn't state out of stock when order placed)
Received email from DX on 11 Dec stating delivery scheduled for 13th (Original date) had to phone DX to then find they would not be delivering.
Email received on 13 Dec to state stock now due on 21 Dec. Chased order on 15 Jan (allowed for Christmas break) with promise of follow up with delivery date, no follow up came. Chased again on 21 Jan to be told stock now not expected until April (yes April). Was asked if I wished to cancel order, told them I didn't want to cancel the order but that I did want a refund due to their inability to fulfil the order they had taken.
I had to initiate all follow up phone calls. Items were available to substitute for missing tray but company were not prepared to substitute. So 5 months from order to anticipated delivery, with no guarantee it would actually happen in April. I'm sure readers of this review can make up there own mind as to the quality of service. APPALLING & DISGRACEFUL IN MY OPINION

Poor quality products and customer service! I spent a lot of money with soak for many items for my bathroom renovation. At first i was very happy however after a few months and light use the shower began to leak due to a split weld on the pipe.
Soak were happy to replace the item but i'd have to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, fair enough. A few weeks later i get told the replacement is due out for delivery however it never showed up and after investigating it turns out they have sent it in my name but to a random address to another part of the country. I then get told the item has gone back out of stock and ill have to wait 2 months for it to arrive back in stock. I then get an email a month later telling me the item has been discontinued.
A refund is being issued however not only have they wasted my time for 2 months but im now faced with having to pay a plumber and tiler to install a different brand due to a difference in dimensions.

Very prompt delivery and the product itself is excellent. The cabinet looks considerably better than the old one it has replaced and was very easy to fix (with all the plugs, screws and handles required being supplied, as were clear instructions about how to wall-mount the cabinet). We will certainly know where to turn (after we had been let down by four major online providers beforehand!) if we need any further bathroom equipment in future. Thank you.

Well priced, arrived on time and reasonable quantity, except for the included toilet seat which is very cheap and nasty! The packaging could have been better as the toilet basin was falling out of the bottom of the box! Fortunately nothing was damaged.

Bought a beautiful bathroom suite from Soak with a 10 year guarantee. A small part in the shower wore out after a short while. Contacted Soak. Frustratingly I was told that particular part was not under guarantee and they didn’t have it in stock anyway. Customer service told me I could buy it at any local shop. Not true! Weeks of searching later I’m left with a dangerous glass shower door so need to replace the whole cubicle for the sale of a part that probably cost a few pence. Seriously, don’t buy from soak - guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on.....and after sales is a joke!

Great simple and quick order & delivery. Great value product.

Website and experience of purchase was good. The mirror I bought is also good value for money and looks good.
However , I paid for next day delivery, waited in all day and got a text at 2:30pm to say my items would be delivered the day after ! What was the point in paying extra for next day delivery??? I would not do this again and be cautious about the website if this is something they don’t rectify.
I emailed Soak and have so far not received any response.

Bought two toilet seats online and they arrived super quick so really pleased

Ordered a bathroom mirror cupboard and it arrived so quickly! I actually didn't expect it. It was so well packed too. The quality of the product is fantastic and looks wonderful in our bathroom.
