Wr bought our wedding rings from SMOOCH back in 2013 and from the initial home visit up until now they've been brilliant at providing a really personal and quality service. Excellent at responding to queries quickly and the after sales service is top notch. I recently had to have my ring repaired and cleaned and its come back looking brand new. Thank you SMOOCH. After a few rearranged appointments as I was waiting for my ring to come back, me and my fiancé finally met Nick tonight at our home! We were left so super happy with the service we recieved and we now have our wedding rings! I’d reccomend Smooch and Nick to everyone wanting that care free experience and with a lot more choice and freedom than some of the shops at a super price too!! Can’t wait to recieve our rings and we cant thank Nick enough for helping us find our forever rings 😭🥹

* Only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is we were promised originally 9 of their 'freshwater pearl bracelets' as a free gift for purchasing. This was when my ring was included (the more expensive of the two), then when I mentioned I was going elsewhere for my ring just as I fell in love with another one post appointment, it went down to only 4, probably because my ring was the more expensive of the two, We Ended up not receiving them with our original order as promised. I messaged Ash and he was great at resolving this and posted them straight away- however the 'freshwater pearls we got were in actual fact plastic. I appreciate the thought but just a bit disappointing as I was going to use these for my bridesmaids as they were advertised, but now they can't be used as they are the cheap alternative, so will have to now buy these seperatly. A part of me feels if I got my ring with them then they would have honoured the original offer of the 9 freshwater pearls bracelets as that's what swayed us into Smoosh's service..

Honestly cannot believe the incredible service my partner and I received today!
I popped a callback request through at around 2pm today, by 5pm I'd had phonecall from the lovely Nick, who just so happened to live round the corner! 2 hours later we'd pick our perfect rings! I almost immediately found exactly what I was looking for, and Nick was great with my partner, helping him create exactly as he was looking for.
The selection is insane and totally customisable, just a wonderful company, cant wait for our rings to arrive!

Great looking rings. Excellent customer service from them even with me changing things before rings were made. Managed to make my partners ring even though it was not in their selection. Bit of an issue with mans ring size as i had to have it resized twice but they were excellent responding and done this extremely quick. It fits great now so worth sorting ot to get it right. Nice and clear engraving and fingerprint looks good.

Nick was very knowledgeable about the rings he showed us and didn't try to oversell, the service had the personal touch of taking place in our own home at a time to suit us we would recommend him to anyone and the rings we got were beautiful and exactly what we wanted

Having received our wedding ring from Smooch ‘pre-covid’, I contacted them for some help 3 years later when our wedding was finally going ahead! The customer service was fantastic! Stephen went the extra mile to help me out. It was so lovely to deal with a company who helped me out purely out of good will! It gave me one less thing to worry about and I am really grateful for that.

Smooch are brilliant (shout out to Stephen S in particular!). My ring had an issue after polishing so I had to send it back and they sorted it with no problem completely free of charge, even reimbursed me the postage. I then forgot to send as much info as I should have, and they tracked my ring down for me and ensured it's safe return. Their rings are really good quality too, and absolutely beautiful

Couldn’t have been easier, no traipsing around the shops, we got to choose our wedding rings from the comfort of our own home We received an A1 service from start to finish and would definitely recommend.

Found Smooch in a wedding fayre and noticed a ring I liked straight away. Ash made an appointment and came to my house with a range of rings but I fell in love with the original one with a few tweaks. They listened to exactly what I wanted and I received my ring within a few weeks and it’s everything I could’ve wished for and more. Can’t recommend Smooch enough!

Really disappointed, my fiancé's ring was far too small. We have to return it at our cost to get it changed. Apparently they will refund very expensive postage but unclear how.
Or how they will supply the ring sizer to know the right size. The rings are beautiful but I have no idea how they got the size so wrong. This is really stressful so close to our wedding. I did ask for a reassurance phone call but all I got was an email. Reading all the other reviews I'm sad we are going through this! A shop would have definitely been easier.
Also they failed to engrave my ring so both have to be returned.

We bought our wedding rings from smooch nearly 6 years ago.
My husbands broke and both needed cleaned. I sent them away and they can back less the 2 weeks looking like they were when we first bought them.

We ordered rings with Smooch for our wedding and the process couldn't have been easier. Andrea came to our house and was absolutely lovely - she was very knowledgable on all the rings and helped us find the perfect ones. We had some issues with a wrong ring being delivered, however the customer service was great and the issue was resolved very quickly (even with Christmas and Royal Mail strikes!). We are so happy with our rings from Smooch and can't recommend them enough.

Just wanted to say WOW what a very special experience, my husband to be is not a fan of shopping, so it was perfect when the rep explained at the wedding show that they bring the ring samples to your home. At our appointment the rep brought so many samples for us to view, she wasn’t pushy, she let us make up our own minds, didn’t push for a sale, and made the appointment fun, even my partner enjoyed the shopping experience. We asked for the rings to be delivered in August as our wedding date was the 5th October, the rings arrived on 10th August, we were so excited to receive them and they are absolutely stunning, we were over the moon with our purchase. I can’t THANK or RATE Smooch enough!!!

Bought my husbands wedding ring in 2015. Was great service and easy at the time and was sold on the home visit, warranty and free cleaning at any time. What you never told us is we can send it off recorded and insured (not a problem, would have done anyway) but I have to send ahead of time £35 for the postage back and insurance whilst it's in YOUR building???!!! Why am I paying for your insurance,are you incapable of looking after jewellery and we have to purchase adequate cover just in case??!! I could have gone in to a shop here, bought it and got the same for free. Your ad is totally misleading, we were never told about this and it is not in any of our paperwork. Will not use again or recommend to anyone
