So today we found our wedding rings and I cannot recommend Nick Richards enough for coming to our home and helping us choose the very items that we will look at every day for the rest of our lives.

I knew I would find our rings through him when I met him at my first wedding fayre, he is so warm, welcoming and full of knowledge on the rings. He has listened to our journey and helped us find rings that our perfect for us. Nick has shared a memory with us that we will never forget. A truly, unforgettable experience.

We met Pauline at the Liverpool Wedding Show and arranged an appointment with her a few weeks after meeting. She is an absolute credit to Smooch; we were made to feel so at ease both times even though I was so indecisive she let me take as long as I needed and offered her advice. She is so personable and genuinely made the whole experience so enjoyable and special. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much time, and genuinely could have sat chatting to her for hours!

We had others appointments just to see other price points and ring variations but Smooch won every time and frankly even if other suppliers had been more expensive we'd have likely still gone with Smooch thanks to Pauline! She never once pushed us to make a decision, she explained the whole process clearly and constantly made sure we were both happy with our choices.

So thank you Pauline, you're amazing and we can't wait to receive our rings next August!

This review has been 13 years in the making (sorry it took so long)!. I had never heard of smooch before and I'm glad I found them when it came to picking out my wedding ring! I had already had my engagement ring and it was platinum but luckily they also supply palladium which is a bit more reasonable than platinum price wise. The came to my home, went though all the customisation options and delivered mine and my husbands wedding rings. All perfectly beautiful. That was 13 years ago. This year I emailed them as they do lifetime resizing and re coating. I needed my wedding ring resized and on the off chance, asked if they would re size my engagement ring too... even though I had not purchased my engagement ring from them... the wedding ring resize was free and it was only a token fee to resize my engagement ring. I will happily be ordering my eternity ring from them too in the near future. Amazing company, amazing service... I would recommend to everyone and anyone. Perfection

The whole Smooch process to help us find our wedding rings was amazing - Nick was amazing help and bringing boxes of different kinds of rings to our house for us to try on was convenient and really helpful when I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted. We were then kept up to date throughout the process and they were delivered quickly. We’d recommend Smooch to anybody looking for affordable wedding rings with great service.

We received our wedding rings last weekend and couldn’t be more delighted. Fitted perfectly and amazing quality. Cant wait to show them off on our big day.

Efficient communication when needed and gorgeous rings.

Our ring arrived 3 sizes too small... 3!! Literally 0 contact from Smooch, they only give you an email address which they selectively ignore. They say they fix any issues or resizing, they don't because you can't get hold of them. Diamond fell out 2 weeks after the wedding. Had the ring checked by an established jewelers who advised it was garbage and we had been ripped off.

We originally went with Smooth to custom design my wedding band and opted to have my engagement ring reset in platinum. The service we received was second to none and the prices were also very good.

Fast forward 5 years and we approached Smooch to discuss upgrading the diamond in my engagement ring. Again they were extremely supportive and the communication between Stephen and Damian was fantastic, even with my multiple questions they consistently came through.

We met Nick at a wedding fayre and then had the pleasure of his company from the comfort of our own surroundings. We were not pushed into anything and when given the freedom to browse at the selection of rings in your own time makes the whole experience so much better. What can I say, Smooch rings have been absolutely stellar throughout the whole process of choosing, ordering, and delivering our rings. My wedding band had to be custom made due to the shape of my engagement ring, and they made it as smooth and as painless as possible! We had a home visit from Nick today to pick our wedding rings. Nick was really helpful and personable. He offered advice and spent time with us to make sure we both found a ring we liked while helping us to stick to our budget. There was a large range of rings, and the process was all really straightforward!

We were visited at home by Nick, who travelled some considerable distance to accommodate us.
He was friendly and helpful, offering advice and guidance but at no point was pushy.

We found the whole experience relaxing, highly enjoyable and personal to us and would highly recommend.

We first met with Solomon in July 2023 and were really impressed with the amount of rings on offer and that they could be altered to our style and needs. He was really friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had the rings we wanted. Our rings arrived today and they're just as we expected, perfect fit too. Cannot wait for our wedding and to wear them.

Purchasing wedding rings is so important! It’s a big step towards the big day! We were overwhelmed with what to do and our experience with Nick was just amazing! He let us check out what we liked first, always ready to give an opinion when needed, but didn’t push us at all! He loved meeting our cat Mars! Even when Mars decided to climb in his bag for a bit! I have a trilogy engagement ring so I needed to get my wedding ring made to fit. Great communication throughout from all parties involved and love my final ring.

Had Nick come round this morning to choose our wedding rings. He made my other half feel relaxed and not pressured in anyway. It was like having a chat with a friend. We actually both found something we liked and was also practical for our jobs which is a first.

From my initial enquiry all the way through to delivery the team were exemplary! I asked for a simple wedding band but made using the melted down rings of my passed on family members. What they provided was of the upmost elegance and simplicity and everything I wanted. Fantastic pricing for such beautiful craftsmanship. Thank you team smooch!
