I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Pauline at Smooch Rings, and I genuinely can’t sing her praises enough!

From the moment she walked in, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made me feel completely at ease at choosing a ring, which i did find very overwhelming.

Choosing a wedding ring to fit my unusually shaped engagement ring felt like it was going to be a daunting task, but Pauline made the whole process an absolute joy.

She listened carefully to what I was looking for, offered fantastic advice, and helped me find the perfect ring that complements my engagement ring beautifully. She had an amazing eye for detail and really took the time to understand what I wanted, offering suggestions I never would have thought of myself. It didn’t feel like just a transaction—it felt like she was genuinely invested in making sure I left with something I loved.

Not only that, but she was a lifesaver for my (now!) husband, who had no idea where to start when picking out his own ring.

Pauline guided him with patience and expertise, making him feel confident in his choice. She explained everything so clearly, from styles and materials to fit and durability, and somehow managed to make the whole experience fun instead of overwhelming.

Ash came for a home visit after we met Smooch at a wedding fayre. His knowledge and professionalism was amazing and the selection of rings he brought for us to view and try on was so vast, it did make it hard to choose.
The delivery of our rings before the wedding was timely, my husbands ring was too tight so we sent it back and it was adjusted free of charge to the size up and still got re-delivered in time for the wedding.
I always recommend Smooch to any newly engaged couples!

I cannot recommend Nick and Smooch enough! We met Nick at Carden Park and straight away knew we wanted to get our rings from him as he was so honest and genuine and most important, completely flexible around us when booking an appointment to come to our home! He made a fuss of our dog Honey and just made the whole experience run smoothly and made it exciting choosing our rings rather than stressful! Even more excited to get our perfect custom rings back for our big day!

We couldn’t be more happy with the experience from Smooch. We met Nick at a wedding fayre and it was clear he wasn’t your usual sales guy. He was informative, interested in us as individuals and genuinely wanted to know about us and our story. He was easy to speak to and not at all pushy. We organised for Nick to come around to our home where he turned up organised with all ring options. He allowed us to browse at our own pace and try on rings. Only after we’d explored each tray (about 10 times!) did he start to offer his expert advice which for us was so important. He allowed us time to discover our likes and then only after began to offer his thoughts and guide us in our choices. It was so nice not having someone looking over our shoulders or pressuring us. The appointment went how we wanted it to go without feeling like we were being pressured into decisions. Honestly 5* treatment!

Nick made everything so easy, from simply having a look, trying a few on and then finally finding our perfect rings!
No high street shop has been able to match what we wanted as perfect as Smooch! We can't wait to wear our weddings rings 🥰

We used Smooch to purchase our wedding rings several years ago and their service was second to none. The selection they had and ability to bespoke items was amazing. Fast forward and my husband bought me an eternity ring from them which again came from a visit to our home to go through all our options.

The ring arrived and I was over the moon but what they reminded me was that they also provide free of charge after care service to refurbish my rings so back the wedding ring went and for a nominal charge they also did my engagement ring.

Wow I now have 3 new rings back on my finger they look amazing and the service was so quick. I have already recommended Smooch to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to continue to do so. Thank you so much ☺️

Nick visited us in our home and made the experience so personal and special. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions, we took our time tried on multiple options and came to a decision together with Nick offering advice as and when we needed it. I would 100% recommend choosing wedding rings with smooch. Such a special and personal experience.

Nick was really friendly and very knowledgeable, we felt at ease and comfortable straight away. There was a large selection of rings available and we worked through before finding ones we’re both really happy with, looking forward to receiving them when they’re done.

Ash was so helpful in tailoring his advice to what he knew I was looking for. The process was so smooth and the bridesmaids and best man gift was a lovely touch. We are really pleased about the re-plating service that they offer too. Our experience could not have gone any better.

When we contacted smooch it was so quick and simple and the responses were quick and trusting. When we got nick we were amazed at how quick he could come and show us the selection of rings! When he came to our house he was very knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. The process was quick and easy and he did not force anything on us and helped us make the right decision for our rings. Ash visited us yesterday evening in our home after coming across Smooch at a Wedding Fare. With our date just under two years away, rings aren’t something we had given much thought to.
Ash made us feel comfortable and answered any questions we had. Assisting with picking the rings, sizing and choosing the metal. Every detail was looked into.

Nick was recommended to me and from the start he made the process really easy and enjoyable. He helped me through every stage of designing my partners engagement ring and brought the vision to life. The ring arrived and looked even better than I could have imagined. All questions and concerns were answered really quickly and it was a truly bespoke ring they helped create. My now fiancée is over the moon and has had so many comments as to how amazing the ring looks.

We purchased our rings back in 2018, making use of their custom design service. Recently my wedding ring suffered some minor damage whilst on holiday. Smooch took the ring back without question and not only made the repair, but returned the ring as if it was brand new again. 100% would recommend.

I’m about to use Smooch for the 3rd time and so it felt very appropriate that I share my experiences. My wife and I first encountered Smooch many years ago when looking for a wedding ring, they were excellent as far as presenting options, advising of possible customisations and keeping us up to date throughout the process as we awaited delivery.

Fast forward a little under 10 years and it felt right that when looking for an eternity ring for my wife to celebrate a decade of marriage, that I contact Smooch to commemorate the occasion. Once again they were incredibly helpful, I had a vague idea what I wanted and with their assistance we built out my idea and it was delivered in plenty of time for me to present to my wife.

Now, in 2025 I’ve just begun speaking to them once again, this time about a piece to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. I’ve no doubt that the experience will be excellent, and we will collaboratively produce something that my wife will love.

I’d highly recommended using Smooch for your ring based needs, I quite literally do not consider anyone else at this stage.

We got our rings delivered today!! And they are absolutely beautiful! We can not thank Smooch enough. They look exactly how we designed them. And they look amazing. It’s such a shame we can not wear them until May 2026.

Now I understand that Smooch like to reply to these reviews to make themselves look like saints. I understand that they have their business to protect. But in short my fiancé's ring was not sent out when we were told it was going to be, after asking the same question multiple times I still have not received an answer, they didn't make the ring as we had asked it to be, they told us they could fix it (spoiler alert, they botched it) and then told us that time had run out so we should go elsewhere (with only FOUR days until the wedding).

My fiancé and I had chosen Smooch after meeting them at a wedding fayre. After about two months I decided to chase up the progress with our rings (as I hadn't heard anything and our wedding was now only weeks away) and received a reply that my fiancé's ring was ready but mine wasn't. Smooch had offered to send her ring out right away to which I agreed. Having been told her ring would be sent I was surprised to find out at the end of that week that Smooch hadn't sent the ring and received an email informing me that now my ring had been received from the workshop. My partner and I phoned up to check what was going on and when they were being sent, we were then assured they would be sent the next day.

Unfortunately when the rings finally arrived my fiancé and myself were not completely happy with the result. Although my ring was what I wanted, hers was not what we had asked for. We had asked for a wishbone shape with milgrain edges all the way around both sides. The ring that was delivered was a wishbone shape with a small amount of milgrain on one side. Again, we phoned and were told to send back the ring so Smooch could fix the problem.

We sent it back and asked if we could be called when it arrived. We received a call when Smooch had received the return and we had a good chat about what we wanted and were told that Smooch would take care of it (now only one week until the wedding). We asked them to send a photo of the ring before they sent it out again so we could check it's what we asked for this time. A few days later we were sent a photo of the ring with a message informing us that they had already sent out the ring.

The ring came through in the post, we were very excited, we opened the box and the excitement quickly faded. The milgrain edges that were put on the ring were not straight and finished at different lengths around the ring. As well as this, there was dirt on the ring and in the milgrain which made it look worse. We then phoned Smooch about this and were told that time has run out, that we can return the ring and go elsewhere to get a ring for our wedding. So instead of my fiancé having the perfect ring that Smooch had promised her, we have had to scramble around other jewelers in a (VERY) last stitched effort to find another ring. We both feel unbelievably let down unfortunately and ended up becoming very stressed just before our wedding day.

We understand that mistakes happen. But to be made to feel like an after thought, for Smooch to run out of time due to their mistakes and then tell us to go somewhere else to get a wedding ring is unacceptable. My fiancé was promised the ring she wanted and we were assured it would be with us with plenty of time before the wedding, neither of which happend. Only good thing I can say is I received refunds for the return postage and the ring.

Lost a stone before having the ring for 6 months, got told to have it fixed we have to insure it at our expense with their company, 3 month later lost two more stones, and at a year later lost two more. So having to buy myself a whole new ring.
My husbands ring the ‘Matt’ part rubbed away! He has an office job and I’ve been on maternity leave.

Very disappointed!

No photos were asked for, we were told to pay postage both ways and a £35 fee even though they are meant to be under warranty, and couldn’t guarantee you wouldn’t charge us more as it could be a ‘wear & tear’ issue even though I only wore my ring for 3-4 months before having to take it off due to pregnancy swelling, got put back on in Feb and lost more stones since so wouldn’t be wear & tear.
Had sizing issues before the wedding & engraving wasn’t don’t off the bat either so had to get sent back several times before we even got married.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company!

We booked our wedding ring appointment at a wedding fayre early 2025 and had our ring appointment scheduled for 13/08/25 - a year to the day we get married, which was suggested by them. After emailing to try and change our appointment time 2 weeks ago, and no response I raised a contact form online for a call back, only to be told that the guy in our local area no longer worked for the company and therefore our appointment can not go ahead. I questioned why no one has been in contact with me as the appointment is 2 weeks away and the guy on the phone just kept saying no one had picked up his appointments and there is no one local to do it, he even asked me to see if I knew of anyone who wanted a job, then proceeded to basically say it’s okay that no one has been in contact to which I reassured him it was not. I told him that we have family who have used Smooch and rave about the good experience however this is not what we were finding, he didn’t sound bothered in the slightest. I told him we would start looking on the high street for rings and again not bothered. Bad experience with customer service and communication.
