We purchased a Chesterfield Footstool from Sleepstyle Ltd. We ordered several colour swatches from the company preceding the order, so we could make the correct choice. The stool was delivered, however, it was not the colour of the swatch we chose (Truffle); in fact it actually matched the lighter sample (Mink) that we had also ordered a swatch sample of. I immediately complained to the trader and I was advised no returns, refunds or discounts were available. After several email exchanges, I was unable to get a refund or any discount on the stool which was a huge disappointment as it wasn't what we ordered and it cost a lot of money. I had provided images of the stool with both the Truffle and Mink swatches against the images to show the colour of the stool was an identical match to the Mink not the Truffle we ordered, however, the trader continued the narrative it was Truffle regardless of the photographic evidence. He offered to send further samples of the swatches but there was no point as we had 2 sets of each of the samples already which all showed the stool matched the Mink colour. On their website, it is quite clear that Truffle is a much darker colour compared to the Mink, however the stool is not and does not match the sample we chose. Extremely disappointed as the trader did not offer any form of refund, exchange or even a discount despite the clear evidence.

Have been looking for a narrow bench for the foot of the bed for a long time. Good swatch service and nice to be able to choose the length. Quick delivery and well made, just needed to screw on the legs. Very happy, can recommend.

My foot stool arrived today and just to say a massive massive thank you for all your help in getting this sorted. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure that he did all he could to sort out the problems with my delivery firm not showing up/delivering the fabric to Sleepstyle. I eventually managed to resend the fabric to Sleepstyle using a different delivery company and the turnaround on manufacturing the footstool was very quick and was delivered to us today.

It looks fantastic and we can’t recommend your company enough. Thank you again for your help.

I am so pleased with the footstool I ordered. As I wasn’t sure about the material that would match my sofa Ashley was kind enough to send 2 sets of material swatches. The footstool is expertly made, arrived within a week and was well packaged. I recommend this retailer.

Fantastic product and service from Sleepstyle. Prior to purchasing I had a couple of questions which were answered quickly. I ordered a couple of swatches that arrived the next working day. After making the order the item arrived very quickly and was packaged very well.
The item (Ashford Chesterfield foot stool/coffee table) is beautiful! We're really pleased with the item. It's made very well and looks excellent in our living room!

Product was made bespoke to the measurements of my bed which was great and the headboard is made to such a high quality standard. Had an issue with the shipping company but Sleep Style contacted the courier and sorted it out for me.

After having an appauling experience with a well known high street sofa and bed retailer and having to return a very expensive poorly made bed.
I ordered some free swatches online from a couple of smaller retailers. I choose my bed style and fabric then called to ask a few questions. This is where the great customer service started. I was given some great advice and decided to go ahead and order from SleepStyle. The bed was made and ready to be delivered in less than 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, the base was cosmetically damaged on delivery. However, the customer service was second to none! I emailed photos at around 8:30 p.m., just after delivery, and within 15 minutes , I unexpectedly received a call from the owner.
Ashley couldn't have done anymore to resolve the issue and put my mind at rest immediately I was offered the use of the bed base whilst a new one was made for me. Which was great as I only had a mattress on the floor.

The new bed base has just been delivered (it took just over a week) by a fantastic guy who helped put the bed together.
I am extremely happy with my new bed and over the moon with the service I have received. I will definitely be recommending this company and using them again!!

The headboard is fabulous, absolutely stunning. And half the price of other companies I was researching eg Loaf. I really cannot praise enough the quality of the headboard and the efficiency of Sleepstye.

I was really pushing Christmas delivery times having left my order a little late but the team delivered the item with plenty of time to spare. I got a Chesterfield floor standing headboard, fantasy velvet glacier fabric. I got a swatch of the fabric before ordering which I would advise. It was a little expensive but honestly worth it. I had no trouble with customer service and they delivered within 3 weeks.

From the moment I chose my bedframe until delivery the communication was excellent. When my bed arrived the 2 delivery drivers installed the bed & it its fabulous . Better than the pictures on line & I'm very happy with it & woukd recommend the company without any hesitation.Very satisfied.

The product is of excellent quality looks more expensive than it is so I would highly recommend there products and the customer service was exceptional I had a minor issue which was caused out of the company's control but was sorted by Ashley immediately and which in my opion its whats makes a good company is the service you receive durring and after sales as there can sometimes be an issue but sleepstyle sorted things immediately so I'd definitely buy again
