Great Product & Service
Absolutely fantastic experience with this bed and mattress company! From the moment I enquired, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the perfect choice.
The quality of the bed and mattress is outstanding—extremely comfortable and clearly built to last. Delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and everything was set up with great care and professionalism.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep since the purchase, which says it all! Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
However, I do feel the after-sales service could be improved, as my issue has not yet been resolved. I’m hopeful this will be addressed soon so the experience fully matches the high standards set during the purchase.

Mark & Pete delivery guys were great, no fuss, straight upstairs and old mattress removed included in the deal. A different company said they couldn’t get the mattress upstairs! 100% recommend Prestige, 5 stars

Outstanding team and service
Gary Newton and his team have been nothing but outstanding!
From the minute we walked through the door we have received exceptional service. They have made our beds to meet our specific requests with beautiful results. The turnaround took just 2.5 weeks from ordering to receiving the beds with care. We had frequent updates along the way, and they even solved the issue with the fact that the bed wouldn't even go up the staircase while giving us a quick resolution in a matter of hours,
We can't recommend them enough.

Great place to buy a bed
The staff were helpful but never pushy. I tried many beds and was never made to feel uncomfortable or hurried. Delivery was on time and by 2 respectful and efficient men. They assembled the new bed, dismantled and took away my old one and it took approximately 15mins! Great service
