Absolutely first rate company - amazing bed, amazing customer service and fabulous delivery. We ordered the Twix Premier Ottoman in a wool fabric, with a headboard. There was a telephone call directly after ordering to confirm the order was correct. It was all ready within 4 weeks and we actually had to postpone delivery due to delays our side due to ongoing building work. This was no issue and delivery was easily rearranged. Delivery was on time and we were well informed through the entire process. The delivery team were fabulous - super quick, extremely careful around other furniture, and even with details like washing their hands after removing packaging and before putting the bed together to avoid marking the fabric. They ensured we were happy with everything before leaving, and I quickly received a clear and detailed invoice. Best of all - the bed is absolutely beautiful, incredibly well made and we absolutely love it. Would highly recommend Sueno.

Very easy to order on the phone. Phone operator offered excellent advice. Bed was delivered when I preferred. Quality of bed is super and the fabric luxurious. Can easily be designed on line to meet personal specifications. Overall excellent product and service would highly recommend.

I ordered some fabric samples from their website which arrived really quickly and with a lovey note to say they’d added some more for me to look at too. After choosing the fabric we placed the order online and the day after I received a call to let me know the exact timescales of when my bed would be ready and that the next call would be to arrange delivery. The next call informed me of the day and an anticipated time of delivery, I also received tracking on the day which showed exactly where they were. The 2 gentleman took their shoes off at the door and worked incredibly quickly, all the wrapping was removed and the bed put where we requested. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

Bed is great quality, really sturdy. Service was great, staff were helpful when they called and I was given an accurate window for delivery. Bed was assembled by delivery staff with no fuss, and I was shown how to lift it fir storage.

The new bolts were a different thread to previous ones so the headboard was jammed up the wall by the bed.i was told they not compatible and they left it
