The headboard and workmanship is excellent quality that I cannot fault, a mention also for the excellent service provided by the courier company whom were polite, courteous and helpful.

We have just received our second Grandeur Chesterfield bed from Sleepstyle. The bed is top quality and absolutely beautiful. Customer service was first class from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.

I have no doubt that the product will be good once I get it. There has been a complete failure of the delivery company to provide even options to deliver the product. Endless calls and promises to call back but nothing. A delivery company that can only deliver once a week to my area is bordering on the farcical.

What a fantastic shopping experience start to finish. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and style of my ottoman. I love that it is made in the UK. I was looking for a specific type of leg and appreciated the sales team gave me tons of options to choose from so I was able to get exactly what I wanted.
