My guitar was delivered on time and in greate condition as well!!

I had a great experience purchasing my Jackson RRX24 from Sky Music. They were extremely helpful with a pricing issue that came up after my purchase, even though it wasn’t their fault, and they handled it fairly by offering store credit.

I initially had trouble getting through by phone, but they replied promptly via SMS and sorted everything out quickly. The guitar was dispatched quickly, and they also helped me use the store credit towards ordering another product.

Overall, extremely happy with the service and the way everything was handled.

Still haven’t shipped my order, have not contacted me about any delays or updates in weeks. Item now says sold out on website. Order number #62018

Checked my email, both inbox and junk mail. Still no email, the reply on this review is the only contact made. And nowhere on the website does it say this item is a pre order item. It was available when I purchased it and now it’s not available on the website.

Will update again after delivery.

The digital piano was supposed to have been delivered by 22/4 at the latest, and I’m still waiting for the delivery as of April 27. I also note that neither of my previous email queries has been answered. I find these to be unacceptable.
