The digital piano was supposed to have been delivered by 22/4 at the latest, and I’m still waiting for the delivery as of April 27. I also note that neither of my previous email queries has been answered. I find these to be unacceptable.

The guitar was actually in stock and was sent quickly. One problem was there was quite significant play wear on the guitar. The other problem was the delivery - which is out of your control but though I'd let you know. Advised it was going to be delivered Friday so arranged to work from home that day. Received a message Wednesday from the carrier saying it was being delivered that day & if not home what would you like to do. Replied asking for it to be delivered Friday. When I got home on the Wednesday it had been delivered and standing up in plain sight.

These guys are always so quick with their dispatches, and always have what I want. I have a major musical instrument retailer here where I live, but Sky Music often beats them in price and definitely beats them in stock availability.
