Delivery arrived much earlier than…
Delivery arrived much earlier than stated. Also I wanted my delivery left in a safe place instead of signature required after it had been sent and The guys at Sky Music got it sorted. They were excellent with communication with a few handy text messages. My second purchase with Sky Music online and will definitely buy again.

Delivery service used is terrible
Delivery service used is terrible. Had to stay home the whole working day as there's no specific time that the delivery was scheduled for, then the delivery didn't even arrive as it was delayed to the following day when I'm scheduled to be at work. Despite calling them to advise them of this they still wanted to go ahead to attempt to deliver on a day when I'm not available instead of scheduling a day when I'm actually home to sign for it! Incompetent.

I do apologise for the issues with the courier. I can see this one was sent directly from our supplier so unfortunately we didn't have a say in the company that was used.

Fantastic experience with Sky Music! I ordered a Jackson Star online and it arrived on the other side of Australia in just 5 days—super fast delivery and everything was spot on.
The whole process was smooth and reliable, and the guitar arrived in perfect condition. Really impressed with the service and efficiency.
Highly recommend, especially if you’re ordering from interstate. I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Great experience highly recomend Sky music
Great experience with the online conversation with Keats. Keats followed through on everything that was promised, with a quick turnaround, and the snare I ordered was delivered within 5 days. Just amazing service overall. This is the second item I’ve ordered in recent months, and once again the service and product quality have been outstanding.
