My saga with SkyCards.eu began in August 2018 when I purchased a Sky+HD Satellite Digibox & Sky Card for 169.00 GBP. I quickly discovered the Sky box would not record programs on its hard drive and when it did, it would frequently record only part of the scheduled program. Online research revealed this was a common issue and one which in my case and many others, Sky had no interest in resolving and I stopped using the Sky HD satelite box. The Sky services were also not worth the money. In May 2019, I had issues with the VPN service used as part of the NowTV offering by Sky when without notice they increased their monthly charge by 20%. They also double charged me and would not offer a refund. I have since cancelled the service. My total experience with Sky customer service was that they were not interested if you remained a customer or not. I chose not.
Regarding Skycards.eu reply to my review. Yes I contacted Sky support on 23/08/2018 about the Sky HD box and was given nothing more than standard pre-scripted responses, none of which addressed the many issues I had with this satellite box. I summed it all up at the time by saying the Sky+HD box and the service it supplied was extremely unreliable and could NOT be relied upon to make recordings. This makes the Sky+HD box unfit for purpose and worthless to me. If Sky would like the box back for a refund, I still have it, only used for a couple of days, still good as new.
Follow up contact with Sky support over the past couple of days (Jul 11-12, 2019) has resulted in no further progress or resolution.
They continue to refuse to accept any evidence that the box is faulty or that the box has a long history of the same problems being reported online as far back as 2011. They have also ignored requests for a returns number that would enable me to return the box under it's 12 month warranty. They keep insisting they will only accept evidence/proof of faults submitted in a report from a local satelite installer, when I am in fact way more qualified than an installer. I have a BSc Eng. degree in electronics and have been a qualified design engineer with over 35 years experience in TV, Cable & Satelite systems, Internet & Telephony service provision, installer training, customer service support, product testing and network diagnostics. If Sky support won't accept the results of my product tests (which they won't) then no other customer will every get Sky to accept anything the customer reports. If I could give less than 1 star for Skycards.eu I would. My advice is avoid them like the plague.

I started with a small purchase of a monthly pass, just to make sure it worked. They now have my whole entertainment setup.
I really appreciate the timely responses to emails and all my questions and how quickly they get everything set up. Highly recommend these guys.

As it says above. Bad, unacceptable experience, rude.
We have been a customer for years and the card stopped working. This one man bands response, buy a new card. when we queried it he told us to get a new supplier. Very poor conduct.

Our experience with this company has been a huge disappointment. Slow and sometimes even rude customer service and they never got it to work. We will be sending everything back for a refund.

We regret our purchase at skycards.eu very much. The service is moody and rude. The delivery came late and damaged. Now skycards.eu does not want to take responsibility and I should clarify that with UPS. That should have been a xmas gift! Each good company would offer help and send replacement. They do not do that. Now I must fight with a shipping company, argue and in addition to all that see, where I get a new gift from. Certainly never this company again!

Quick delivery by ups and I now have Sky q at our home in Spain. Easy order process online and the installer came to install. 4K UHD is great. We also use their VPN service through the premium router. Thank you so much!

Absolutly appauling service!!! order was taken on friday, i was told that it would be shipped out monday morning as there was no postal service on saturday. monday evening arrvies and ive only got and email to say everything had been completed and 200 pounds taken out of my account to which i phone them up to have some very unpolite person ( to be polite as it were ) that i would have to wait the time it took! i therefore asked if they knew when it would be shipped out, to which i got the reply " do you know what i dont need your money i have plenty of other clients so i've cancelled your order and you can now go else where" and then proceeds to hang up on me! I then phone back to get hung up on again! after the 3rd time of phoning back i ask for a refund to be told that i would be refunded within 2/3 working days and that i couldn't have even an email stating that everything had been cancelled! i mean what the actual F***?!?!?!
I was hesitating going with them as a sky supplier and my instinct was right, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
First class service. I ordered a Sky Digibix, card and VPN Router, it was delivered two days later which is incredible as I live in Budapest. I had the system installed this Saturday. I was concerned nobody would be at the Skycards office at weekend. They were and I had a reply that signals had been sent. I was viewing within 30 mins of my email.
My whole family are thrilled, we get all the UK TV we love plus catch-up.

Fantastic service , Prompt delivery via UPS and a very fast card activation service .
I took the router and Sky box offer and was able to use my existing dish at the Villa .

Great vpn service. Works great on now tv, BBC and Netflix.
This VPN service has the best speeds and service management I have found. Express and Nord just simply do not compare. I can use this everywhere including when I go to Hong Kong. Most VPNs struggle in Asia.
Keep up the service.

Very disappointed with their service. Slow and overprices. Offers seem very appealing but then turn out to be only baits. They charge a premium once you signed up. So with their VPN for example. This we never got to work and we finally gave up. A lot of money wasted.
